As well as offering all the ‘Standard’ Baybeachfront features, the 1 bedroom apartment features private glass balconies (upper levels only), or a ground floor outdoor patio, where you can peacefully read a book, or relax in the sun looking out over North Esplanade to the St Vincent Gulf.

ABN is required at time of booking – Invoice requesting commission payment (or Self generated Tax Invoice is required if deducting commission from client payment)

Otherwise any Bookings for up to 2 apartments made 37 or more days prior to arrival:-
Initial Security Deposit is DUE WITHIN (7) DAYS OF BOOKING Calculated at $200 per week of booking or part thereof.
Balance Security Deposit PAYABLE (30) DAYS PRIOR TO OCCUPATION
– (GROUPS 3+ apartments 60 DAYS PRIOR)
***An Additional refundable bond of $200 per apartment is required for group bookings of 3 or more apartments, which is due 14 days prior to arrival, together with rooming list and name & mobile of the responsible person(s) per apartment, and name & mobile of the person collecting the keys for the group***

Bookings for up to 2 apartments made less than 37 & more than 14 days prior to arrival, OR Group Bookings made less than 67 days prior to arrival -full security deposit is payable at time of booking or within (7) days, time permitting. Group bookings additional refundable bond payable as per above***

Bookings for up to 2 apartments, or Group Bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival – full quoted tariff is payable as security deposit at time of booking, or within 24 hours, time permitting. Group Bond for Groups is also payable at the same time in this instance.

IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED WHEN THE ACCOMMODATION IS ABLE TO BE RE-LET FOR THE FULL VALUE.
