I love this house! It was built in 1973 backing directly onto Lookout Mountain with wide views over Glenwood and yet only a short walk into town. The house has just been remodeled with beautiful finishes, a high quality kitchen and classic bathrooms. The house is comfortable, light, convenient and newly furnished.

The house has three large bedrooms with deep comfortable beds, two kings and a queen, there is also a loft. The family bathroom has bath with shower over, the master bedroom has an en-suite with a walk in shower. All the rooms have views.

The layout is as follows:

You enter the house from the ground floor i...nto a pleasent hallway, which leads to the stairs up to the main floor.On the ground floor there are two good sized bedrooms, one with a king bed one with a queen bed, there is a fully tiled bathroom with a jetted tub and shower over. On the main floor there is a large lounge, with flat screen TV, a spacious kitchen with a Kitchen Aid commercial style range, utility room with Bosch high efficiency washer and dryer. The master bedroom with king bed is also on this floor with a fully tiled ensuite shower room, toilet and double sinks. There is access to the front deck from the bedroom, lounge and kitchen. There are stairs from the lounge to the small loft room which overlooks the lounge and has two twin beds and a small toilet room. This room is not suitable for very young children as it has open stairs to the lounge.
