Comfortably appointed apartments, which are nestled amongst the spacious grounds of Glitter Bay, lends itself to a little bit of heaven in Barbados. Each one offers a garden, pool or ocean view from the balcony or patio of this Spanish style building.

Glitter Bay offers a tranquil oasis with freedom to do as much as you wish or nothing at all. The spacious gardens surround the large fresh water swimming pool and separate wading pool. The wide expanse of white sandy beach lends itself to romantic walks while the cool crystal blue ocean beckons you to swim or indulge in some snorkelling to watch small tropical fish dart in and out of th...e coral beds. Lazing under the shade of the umbrellas while sipping a cool cocktail and indulging in a good book is also an ideal way to spend your days. For the more energetic there are tennis courts and an air conditioned fitness room.

Glitter Bay Suites 313  Sea Turtle Penthouse is a three bedroom split level apartment. This unit has been remodeled and refurbished and has approximately 2200 sq. ft. of living area and three balconies.

The bedrooms are all air conditioned with ceiling fans and all are en-suite. One bedroom is located downstairs and has a king bed, tropical dark wood furnishings, lots of cupboard and drawer space and leads out to a balcony which has view of the gardens, pools and the ocean. The soft furnishings are in green and aqua tints which lends charm to this spacious room. There is an LCD TV with cable. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower combination and a single sink granite vanity.

The second bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed and an LCD TV with cable and leads out to a balcony. The dark tropical wood furnishings compliment the blue, green and cream tones of the soft furnishings. The bathroom is the same as the lower level one.

The third bedroom is also upstairs and has two twin beds. There is also an LCD TV with cable and the bedrooms leads out to a balcony. The ensuite bathroom is the same as the others.

The living area is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The kitchen has black flecked wrap around granite counter tops, large sink, electric counter top hob and oven. The fridge is spacious and the kitchen is also equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with glassware, crockery, cookware, cutlery, pots, pans, bake ware and kitchen linens. Here you can prepare your own gourmet meals or let the nearby patisserie in Holetown prepare your meals and deliver right to your door. Alternately, being close to so many great restaurants, cafes and bistros there is never a problem regarding eating out, the only problem is which one to choose! There is also a bar area which is perfect for mixing up some exotic rum cocktails!

The living area has dark wood rattan sofas and arm chairs. The entertainment area has a large LCD TV with cable, multi regional DVD player and music CD player. There is also an iPod docking station so bring along the iPod! This is a perfect space for the family to spend time before retiring for the evening watching TV. The soft buttercup and aqua furnishings are enhanced by the brightly coloured local artwork which the owners have carefully chosen over the years visiting the island. The living area opens to a spacious balcony which has a large 8 seat dining rattan and glass table which is perfect for your family and friends.

This apartment also has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided and beach towels are provided at Concierge.

The balconies have a lovely view of the extensive gardens, pool and a great glimpse of the beautiful blue sea past the many towering coconut trees scattered on the property.Read more

  We stayed in Glitter Bay 313 which is the 3 bedroom villa. The villa is very well equipped and decorated to make you feel that it really is a home away from home. It is well laid out and quite spacious which is important especially on those longer stays.
  
  The Glitter Bay Estate property is well maintained and so lovely to see the garden and the pool, as well as the beach from the many balconies of the unit. The common area is equipped with some table games, which we just didn't have the time to play. There are also tennis courts on the property. The beach here is really one of the best!
  
  Every Monday night, the bar area by the beach, hosts a Rum punch happy hour which we really enjoyed!
  
  The staff from housekeeping to maintenance to the bar attendants were always pleasant and very accommodating. Any issue, even very minor is handled immediately. They all contributed to making our stay at Glitter Bay such a delight. We have no doubt that customer service is very important to the staff of Barbados Villa Services.
  
  One of the highlights was having a scrumptious Carribean meal prepared by our housekeeper.
  
  The location is great - only a few minutes from Holetown where there is lots of dining and shopping. There are also a few restaurants that are accessible along the beach or you can dine at the Fairmount Royal Pavilion which is right next door to Glitter Bay.
  
  We wished we could have stayed longer and we can't wait to go back to Barbados to stay again at Glitter Bay!
