Why rent in Annisquam or Lanesville, when you can really have it all in the heart of Gloucester?
This 2BR apartment comfortably accommodates a family of four for vacation, wedding, or graduation but it’s also a perfect getaway for some time out of town. Our guests repeatedly tell us the apartment is bigger in person and that the space looks just like the pictures online.

We are located on a private drive overlooking Gloucester Harbor. There is off street parking for up to three cars. In summer, we supply guests with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas to take to Good Harbor Beach, which is less than a mile away. There is a wagon for loading supplies. Good Harbor's parking lot is $25/day and is usually full by 10:00 am.
Gloucester is on a commuter rail line to Boston. The station is about 5-miles from our property. It takes about an hour to get to Boston by train, however parking in Boston is very expensive and the trains leaves you in the heart of this magnificent city.
We send every inquiry our seven-page "local visitors" guide which also includes day trip suggestions to other cities and towns within an hour drive from our property.
We have ample maps, guides, brochures and menus on file in the apartment. Our guests keep coming back with them, adding more to the pile!
