and you arrive at the spacious deck over looking Smith Cove. Sea gulls and

swans may greet your arrival. A harbor seal may be sunning itself on the

dock below.

The apartment, newly built in 2000, offers modern efficiency with a touch of

old world elegance. Original art is displayed in each room along with

decorative antique objects and 17th century Italian furniture..

The sun-filled family room... has two large closets, an armoire and a chest

for storage. A pullout couch provides an extra sleeping space as well as

a comfortable place to watch TV or read. A table with two chairs provides

for dining or a station to do internet or office work. From this room you can access

the spacious deck and dock.

A tile-surfaced counter and three bar stools separate the family room from

the kitchen and provide places for informal dining. The maple cabinets

above the counter are open to both sides and allow easy access to items

used in either room.

The kitchen window offers beautiful views of the Cove and distracts attention from clean up chores which

might be in the sink below. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances

and utensils needed to prepare and serve gourmet meals.

The 3//4 Bath has a large walk in shower, a cabinet and drawers, a sink,

a mirror and storage shelves for an ample supply of towels and face cloths.

The bedroom is beautifully lit by a bay window in front of which are large

house plants which cast dappled shadows on the queen sized bed and

brick floor. Ornate Turkish pillows and bed cover , an antique rug and

a lollypop chair add the perfect touches to complete this charming and

comfortable room.

The bedroom opens onto the off street parking area where you

The 14’ X 30’ Deck provides ample space for leisure activities and dining.

It is equipped with a large gas grill, two tables with umbrellas, several

lounge chairs. and flower box plantings. Artistically inclined people could

set up an easel and paint watercolors of a wide variety of subjects.

From the deck one accesses the dock. It, too, offers possibilities for fun.

Jump into the water for a swim, cast a line and catch a fish or take your

boat for a ride. Docking space is provided for a boat (21’ max. ) a canoe

or a kayak.

If you do not have a boat, ask the owners, they might just take you out for
