Ideally located, a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood of Glyfada. It was built in 2008, modern decorated with very expensive materials. It is furnished and fully equipped. It is in the second of a four floor building. There are two bedrooms and two bathroom. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cuttlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. Modern, clean apartment close to central Glyfada. There are local bakers, fruit/veg shops nearby (2 minute walk) and even a cinema.
Friendly / helpful owner and manager, the apartment is fitted out with quality appliances.
We have been going to various places in Greece for many years and can say that this was the best accommodation we have stayed in.
We would highly recommend this apartment but don't book it for June 2014 as we want to go back. -

This apartment was the perfect choice for us in Glyfada with three little children. It was clean and fully equipped, well prepared for us - they even provided a baby cot. This spacious apartment gave me all the flexibility and comforts I need with kids and can not get in a hotel room. We know the area very well and were driving a car, however, there is everything (supermarket, restaurants, shops...) within walking distance. We had a great time. I would highly recommend!

Stayed here for 11 days in May. The apartment is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Cozy, clean rooms, wifi, washing machine, dish-washer. There are good shopping areas and a lot of pretty nice restaurants very close to the house.

We stayed at this flat with my husband and our 2 young boys for one week in april. It was the best choice of accommodation we could have made! Very clean, modern, fully equiped, spacious flat in a newly built development. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The location of the flat is perfect: we walked 5 mins to get to the seaside every morning, 2 mins to the nearest playground and supermarket; there is a taxi stand within 5 mins walk from the flat and the bus/ cable car stop to take us downtown is also within vicinity. For the fitness fanatics, there is a running track open to the public right opposite the flat! We also tried the restaurants in the neighborhood and the food was of very good quality and good value for money. There are many family friendly cafes / restaurants in Glyfada, within 5 min cab ride from the flat, right on the sandy beach, with playground on the premises so parents can enjoy quality time under the sun while the kids play.. We would definitely recommend this apartment, Glyfada as an area and we are looking forward to our next stay there.

We stayed with two adults and one kid for one week in the apartment which exceeded our expectations in any aspect. The place is very well equipped and maintained, very clean, and located in a calm and beautiful neighborhood. Furniture and equipment are all very modern and well taken care of. We did really feel like home, as even helpful things like a Nespresso machine are available. The availability of Wifi was also extremely convenient. The owner was very kind and helpful at any time. Glyfada shops and restaurants are in walking distance, as well as the tram that gets you to athens down town within 50 minutes. We would recommend that place at any time and we will return for sure.

The apartment in Glyfada was perfect in every way. New and modern, clean, spacious, in the best location.Being a family with 2 babies, we found in the apartment all the amenities we needed. The location is good because within 5 minutes walking one can access a bus, a train, a taxi station, bakeries, a shopping area even a fresh fish shop. The owner was very professional, polite and helpful and everything was exactly as described. We definately recommend the apartment to everybody who is looking for a place which is "value for money"! We will definately rent it again in our next visit to Greece!

I recently stayed for a short while at this wonderful apartment which is very well located in the beautiful area of Glyfada. The gentleman I dealt with was most professional, accommodating and could not do enough to make my stay here nothing short of perfect.
The apartment is very spacious indeed, impeccably managed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable indeed.
I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay at this apartment, I know I plan to go back as often as I can.
I am very grateful to the manager and owner of the property, who really did go over and above their responsibility to make my stay there very satisfactory indeed. This is a gorgeous flat in a wonderful building.
I can't wait for a return visit.
