We stayed there for 1 week in March and had a good time , we enjoyed the river views the most and as goa was fairly hot we also loved the dips in the pool .
Our children had more fun than us @ the pool and the garden and i think we could have not got a better place in Goa for this trip , i am sure to come back sometime soon -

We stayed in this place for a couple of days and loved it
The appartment is clean and very well kept and consits of most ameneties we needed as a family .
View from the rooms was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the balcony as it had the best views
our pet was also very comfortable as the landlord allowed us to keep it here which was a big plus and we could bring tobey around -

My family and myself recently (June'12) stayed here and are very happy with the beautiful property and courteous hosue keeping personnel. The property was very clean and well maintained, The apartment has a beautful fully equipped kitchen as well. The kitchen was primarily of great help and importance to us we had a 11 months baby boy along. We were was able to cook easily at the kitchen for the infant. Interiors have been done real well and I appreciate the owner's choice of colour and upholstery. Now if you ask me for the best part was the location , we were just bang on the river and we could see the boats passing by and i must say it is a very beutiful and a busy river and we could sit and watch these boats for long periods of time . We could also access the swimming pool and we really had fun in the pool . The Hospitality offered by the Host ( an retired army officer ) was also excellent and we enjoyed our stay
