These charges are applicable for 50% Reservation Amount (RA) of the proposed period of stay, which is paid on booking.

I decided that I would stay in South Goa for a change. The next costly affair was the travel, which is equally heavy on the pockets. Since I always hire a bike which is the wisest thing to do in goa so travelling north or central goa would never be a problem. A friend had mentioned about this place. A roughly 15 minutes drive.It was at a large complex. I was in a simple and modest but well maintained apartment. It was a one bedroom with a king size beds (detachable into 2 single beds) and a single wardrobe. A large Bathroom. A living room had an attached kitchen platform in one corner with little accessories like plates, glasses few utensils and hot plate. A well maintained large complex, with lush greenery, huge variety of flowers, a swimming pool and a restaurant in complex. Unfortunately the swimming pool had nominal usage charges but I guess with cost as low as 1k I didnt mind it. The beach was just 10 minutes walking distance abt 250 metres, and I didnt know about it the whole night. I spent 2 beautiful evenings star gazing till 0930 pm. I hired a bike from the complex entrance, the bike guy also came to drop me off to madgoan station when I was heading back home. Mr. Marshal the owner is quite a elderly person I guess on the other side of 70 yrs but very jolly person. He informed me that handles the bookings through his daughter and son-in-law. Hope they do a equally good job.
Will definitely visit this place again as the place is clean and hygienic and well kept. The place is good for a family of 4 people. I guess even 6 people similar to me (viz back packers or small groups) who can adjust with the amenities provided.
