A quaint comfortable and warm home with a breathtaking panorama view of the Mandovi river which is about 15 feet away. Well appointed with a lovely garden and a swimming pool to destress in. A nice quiet neighborhood with lush coconut trees all around yet well located at 4 Km from candolim/calangute and 300 meters for a self contained market where all daily necessities are available

Ground floor

The main door of the villa leads to a spacious living room and a dining table with a verandah opening onto the swimming pool.

A fully equipped kitchen along with a bedroom and an attached toilet. A sit out porch by the pool where yo...u can enjoy the cool breeze that blows from the river Mandovi whilst you watch the barges and touristy boats drifts by.

Mezzanine

The mezzanine has a well appointed cozy room overlooking the pool with a fully appointed ensuite bathroom and a desk to get your creative juices flowing if you’re into writing.

First floor

Large room with a queen bed & an awesome view of the river Mandovi to wake you up and invigorate you with the breathtaking beauty of the river with fishermen folk and the constant flow of boats of various shapes and sizes. with a spectacular view of the city of Panaji on the opposite shores.

All rooms come well appointed with all creature comforts, need we say more!

Kitchen

The kitchen Comprises of a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a blender, cutlery and crockery and accompanied by a maid cum cook who churns out the most delicious local meals subject to your asking her to get the desired ingredients both vegetarian and non vegetarian from the local market situated next doors.

Transport

The villa is well connected with buses and local taxis available on call.

We can also organise a car/scooty depending upon your requirement.

Surrounding areas

A quiet village next to the naval jetty with the spectacular Reis Magos church and fort a walk away. A quiet yet picturesque area great for short and medium range walks along the river which eventually meanders into the sea.

A cook is available (optional/complimentary) you would only be required to pay for the groceries as per actuals

  An Awesome Getaway

  When we (group of 10 people) decided for a holiday, our agenda was to get away from home,work and"people" and that's exactly where we were. The Sequoia Residency is a beautiful villa located appx 10-15 minutes (by car) from the Baga Beach and is very economical. It's spatial, very well furnished and the highlight of this place is the "Swimming pool". The hospitality shown by the care takers was very overwhelming.Although,the care takers were very supportive interms of arranging transport, but it is adviced to pre arrange something before hand.
  
  I stayed in Goa for a week,spend the entire day at home.jusr chilling and went out in the evenings . I had an awesome time, all rejuvenated and would highly recommend this place.
  
  So, if your travelling in a large group,with a budgetted trip in mind this is the ideal place to be !!
