Our townhouses are conveniently located in the heart of north Goa, fully equipped, they offer the highest level of comfort and convenience. Whether you are on a holiday or on a corporate mission, our townhouses are designed and decorated in an contemporary style and complemeneted with state-of-the-art facilities. Our townhouses overlook the famous Mandovi river, with small shops and a very popular Hanuman Mandir at a stones throw. Refurbished in 2008. Great for a family or friends, sleeps 4-6 persons. Situated at a short distance from the beaches & night life as well as the heritage city of Panjim in old Goa.

Ground Floor

Furnished living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining table for 6 persons. The living room opens to patio with a private jacuzzi (sits 4-5 comfortably) & a sit out. The ground floor also has a powder room for your convenience.

First Floor

The first floor has two double bedrooms and a third open bedroom with two toilets.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen which includes a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery and all the essential cooking utensils giving you the freedom to eat and cook whatever you want and whenever you want

Goas popular beach belt is approximately 8-10 minutes. Dabolim airport (national & international airport) is about 45 minutes and railway station in old Goa is 30 minutes away

Our townhouses are located in a very safe gated complex in Verem, which is primarily a village turned into a residential area with small shops and an hanuman Mandir close by.
