This idyllic location is one of North Goa's much sought after holiday destination , cutting into the headlands, surrounded by the Arabian Sea and the Mandovi river. Suited for walks and bird watching. The 16th century Portuguese Fort Aguada is just a 10 minutes stroll up the hill. The nearest beach is just a 5 minutes drive away. Transportation in the form of rented bikes, cars, jeeps, or taxis is ready available, to explore the more distant reaches of Goa's beauty.

Casa Aguada is a part of a gated complex that houses 50 independent villas . There is a common swimming pool right outside the Villa .

Beautifully located , while it's... in the hub of North Goa , it is tucked away near enough but far from the touristic beat !

The villa is manned by a member of my staff who lives in and is responsible for the daily housekeeping . The rate includes breakfast .

  Great location - 100mtrs from Taj aguada, nice gated community with pool and restaurants, tastefully furnished and well maintained villa, friendly care-keeper/man friday who can cook for you too, gentleman owner. in short...very recommended

  Fabulous property and excellent value for money

  I learnt of this property through a friend. Though i must admit, I was skeptical at first about what i would be in for, but i must say Casa aguade completely blew me away.
  
  One of the best things about it is its location, its very peaceful, yet ten minutes away from all the action. Whatever you might be looking for, beaches or hotels or restaurants or nightclubs or the infamous beach shacks, they are all barely ten to twenty minutes away from this property.
  
  Secondly, the cleanliness is par excellence. The house is impeccably clean and very well furnished right to the quality of linen. The pool in front of the house is clean and practically empty, which makes it better than the overcrowded resort pools.
  
  Staff is very helpful. The breakfast offered is basic but very good.
  
  All in all, if you are looking at an affordable yet quality option this is the place to be. You can get plenty of solitude, yet the party/ food/ shopping is all a stone throw away. This is one of the best options in North Goa.
  
  I also feel that its practically as good as staying at the Taj hotels next door, as one can walk across for food into the hotels or the various low budget yet fabulous restaurants in the neighborhood.
