" Tres Casitas" or three little homes are sheer luxury serviced villas at Calangute within a secured gated complex with free car parking, round the clock security and to top it up all is the Roof Top Swimming Pool with a sun deck to enjoy the golden sun shine of Goa.
The beach of Calangute is just 1000 yards away and most of the happening night life party watering holes are a stones throw as well.
We provide cleaning service apart from periodical linen change . Wifi is complementary for our esteemed guests as we do understand the need for communications once in a while even during holiday times.

We've visited Goa many times and stayed mostly in the big hotels. A friend recommended this place and it turned out to be a great choice. Room service was not of interest to any of us (4 couples) ; just the option for us to either hang out together as a group or individually. Beautifully clean and well serviced, easy and nice walk to the beach and great shacks as you walk onto onto it. Easy walk in the other direction for the main road and a big plaza. Loved it; will go back

This property was absolutely excellent. I went with a large group and we had a blast. The villas were clean (including the bathrooms) and were gorgeous. It is a great place to stay with family as well as friends. Not to forget how comfortable the beds were. The person who designed these villas noticeably put a lot of effort into the place and paid a lot of attention to detail. The location is great since it is not far from all the action but is still tucked into a place where there is not much noise around. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach, which is a plus and it is a 10 minute walk to the closest grocery store (Newtons). The kitchen was fully stocked and that was extremely convenient. I am so glad I found this place because now whenever I come back to Goa I will only want to stay here. Tastefully done, well maintained, and centrally located. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

What a wonderful little hideaway! The place is impeccably clean, spacious bathrooms and very cute pool. The property manager was extremely helpful, check in took seconds. Its located just minutes away from the beach and a cosy resto bar (ratatouille). Made friends with a little black pooch just outside the place too!! What a friendly little girl :)
Only minus was the wifi ( a little slow) and the 1 bedroom's cupboard smelt a little damp, thanks to the weather, however we found a solution to the problem.
Will definitely be visiting this place soon!! -

Me and 5 of my friends stayed in Goa casitas apparantas and i should tell you that the experience was simply amazing. The Check in process was very smooth. Our rooms were ready and well maintained. The resort was very beautiful and a good place to spend some quite time. There is also a pool which is decent in size and very clean. Our rooms were big enough to house 6 people. Although i feel that the room can accomodate more than 8 people easily. Also the night life is not so far away. all the beaches like baga, anjuna calangut and vagator are 10 to 15 min ride from the resort. There is also a saturday night market which is at arpora. A must visit place. Coming back to the resort. The staff was very friendly and very co-operative and all our needs were attended asap. We had no regrets staying there and goa casitas made our trip very enjoyable. I should congratulate MJ and his team for the efforts they have put up to make this place feel like a second home. I would definitely advise anyone travelling to Goa to check this resort before making any bookings.

It was a very pleasant and extremely satisfying as a stay in Goa. It was a cute villa with all the facilities.We all have so many memories...now that we are back home n missing the place. People like Meghnath, Kitu bhaiya n Bhola bhaiya were really helpful. As place to stay in Goa i will now recommend Tres Casitas.
Me an my friends still talk about the place, It was like my own private property in Goa.
It has a small and cute swimming pool. Services were excellent just a call to house keeping was enough.And yes its a very secure place for girls, good security. -

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa for a period of 3 days and it was awesome.
The villa has 2 bed rooms with attached bath and its a duplex one bedroom on the ground floor and the other bedroom on the 1st floor. The rooms are very nice and very spacious. The toilets are also bigger than any normal hotel room toilet.
The villa has a swimming pool on the roof top and it was the highlight of the villa. The pool was very clean and well maintained.
Parking in the villa might be a problem in season time as it has a single parking lane which can accommodate 3 cars and if ur car is the inner most car then the other 2 cars have to reversed to get ur car out.
The only negative we found in the villa was the water heater in the toilets. The have small heaters of 10 liters capacity and it not enough even for 1 person to take a shower. So we had to wait for the water to get heated again before the 2nd person could shower. Apart from that it was an amazing stay. Will def go back to this villa. -

Nice location just 5 minutes walk from the Kalangute beach. Clean and vary spacious Villa with ample furniture and good kitchen. Roof top swimming pool very clean. Bargain price. Very courteous and prompt staff. Highly recommended.

My Goa Holidays became one of the best holidays ever, due to the stay in Goa Casitas. I traveled with my 2 kids, couple friends with a kid and maid. and that villa was the perfect one for us. As we were not limited to only our rooms and we spent most of the times in living, dining and kitchens. we had wonderful time in partying at night at home only and cooking. we needed full fledged kitchen because of 3 small kids with us, who can't eat outside spicy food for 1 whole week. So kitchen was the blessing.
Most importantly I liked location of this Villa, just the walking distance from the best beach of Goa, It's more like a private beach. Just the wonderful experience.
