Strictly No Events and Parties allowed in the Villa. No Noise Pollution, shouting or loud Music after 10.30 pm. and before 7 am. This Villa is more suitable for families. It is not suitable for noisy groups who want to shout and play loud music, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Certain areas are designated for smoking. Work-from-home facilities are available with high-speed internet and we do serve Goan Cuisine on request, provided ordered twenty-four hours in advance. ( Charges extra )
