RATES
Our rates cover the rental of the villa, all utilities, a change of sheets, basic cleaning on every 7th day, garden and pool maintenance and are inclusive of VAT.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made through our website or by calling our office. To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit must be made. The outstanding balance should be paid 21 days before arrival. If a reservation is made with less than 21 days prior to arrival, the full amount must be paid. A discount of 10% is applicable for all reservations made before the 28th of Feb and 5% for those made before the 31 March.

CANCELLATIONS.
For cancellations made up to 21 days in advance, deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made between 7 and 20 days in advance, 50% of deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made between 3 to 6 days in advance, 25% of deposit will be refunded. For other cancellations no refund is applicable.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Our villas are fully furnished and all equipment in good working order. To cover any loss damage or harm caused by guests, you will be required to sign a document authorizing the withdrawal of up to €550 from your credit card. Upon departure, if the inventory reveals no instances of loss or damage, this document will be cancelled. The security deposit may also be paid in cash when confirming the reservation and refunded in cash.
VILLA CAPACITY
Our villas are equipped for up to 8 or 10 adult guests depending on villa type. We must be informed of the correct number of people in your party at the point of booking. Usage of villas beyond their stated capacity constitutes a breach of contract.

The only complaint I have about our stay was that it wasn't long enough! Gizem was so helpful in the lead up to our holiday, organising a boat trip and coming back to me quickly with a number of other questions / requests. The villa itself is in a great spot, overlooking the ocean although I would recommend hiring a car or scooter if you don't appreciate walking up hills in the heat. A great choice for a family or group of friends. Really looking forward to going back.

I have stayed at Villa alize with my boyfriend in October for 3 days during my birthday. Villa has 5 bedrooms,small but nice kitchen with all the things you need,spacious living room with a nice tv and a veranda opens to the garden which we have spent most of our time doing bbqs,lying on the hammock and hanging out. We only used the pool once cause the weather was unexpectedly cold for swimming..everything was so perfect that we didnt go out except shopping..If you dont have a car it can be difficult to stay at Villa alize cause its on the top of the hill (which has one of the best Göcek view.)
What we didnt like at Göcek Hills was the gardener coming every morning (not very early morning as they told us) while we are having breakfast. Not very good for the people who want privacy..
All in all i totally recommend Villa alize to the couples who wants to have a romantic getaway.,We really look forward to go back! -

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in the Gocek villas. In fact we were hoping to extend we were having such a great time (but of course understandably they were fully booked). The villas are spacious and beautifully furnished. The pool was perfect as was the view across Gocek and the bay. The management team and all the staff were extremely helpful. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday to be as busy as you want (or not!) in a stunning location then this is it!

The standard of the villa was exceptional and the decor was wonderful. The town was very quiet and a tiny bit too far away from the villa - a bus service would have been ideal! Local services were very well set up for deliveries to villas and boats so that was very convenient. Gvh were delightful to deal with and all the staff we met were very helpful and charming.

We really enjoy our stay in Gocek Villa, nice villa, pool and garden. The bedrooms were nicely decorated (too bad, ours had just a fan and no aC), the kitchen well equiped (except for cutelery, dishes and plates, only 8 of each). Gocek is a nice little towns, there are public beaches not far. Otherwise, there is no major places to visit or a bit far. The weather in august was very, very hot, spent lot a time in the pool !

As an extended family of 10, my sister and I with husbands and grown up children aged 15 - 26 we had a fabulous time at this villa. The accommodation is excellent, and there are people on site to sort out any difficulties. Plenty of room for us all, the pool amazing. Loved the area and we may well come back.

Perfect in every sense. We enjoyed the villa, the swimming pool, the stunning view of the bay from our balconies. The weather was warm and nice and the villa was close to all the amenities. We have recommended this villa to our friends who which to vacation in Turkey.
In terms of comments: It would have been good if the villa had a microwave oven and a kettle. -

The Villa was fantastic, very well equipped, clean, bright and airy. The veranda was great, plenty of sun loungers, dinning chairs and a bbq. The pool was lovely, always kept clean - the only gripe was that the pool floor and steps are fairly rough and my daughter did loose the tips of her toes and fingers albeit it didn't stop her being in it for almost 12 hours a day!! The view from the villa was fabulous overlooking the Govek harbour. Gocek is a great destination, plenty of very good restaurants and things to do. The lady (I apologise I can't remember her name) who looks after the villa is wonderful, so knowledgeable and helpful. One evening she organised a local lady to cook us a dinner party which we wish we had done on a couple of occasions. A wonderful holiday and would think we will do the same again.

The house is fully equipped, the garden and the swimming pool well-tended and tidy.

Our party was 2 adults, a 5 kids from 15-21. This was to be the last holiday all together and it couldn't have been better.
It is always a bit worrying booking on line but the villa we had was exactly as the photographs but actually bigger and far better equipped than we expected.
We arrived on a late flight but the team were still available to meet us and escort us to the villa. It was night but the garden and pool lighting perfecty set the tone for what was to come. Peace, tranquility and quality.
The welcoming instructions were clear and the message had been left that the proper personal greeting would happen in the morning, which it did although we were still distracted by the amazing view.
The villa was spotlessly clean and fully equipped and in the kitchen every little detail was catered for. There was even a cookbook (which we have since bought). The iPod dock and music system was perfect for having music around the pool and little touches like candles and flowers just added to the experience.
All the staff were very polite and unobtrusive. The pool and garden team were done before we got out of bed and the villa attendants who cleaned and changed the linen etc would work around us rather than us being disturbed by them.
During our stay we had a couple of very minor teething issues but the team responded quickly and did their best to correct the problems.
We had a villa at the top and the only issue was the unfinished road (at least it was when we were there). For those not prepared for it and not used to driving like that it could pose a problem.
Three of the group had been to this area before and had stayed in Dalyan and they had plans to head out and show some sights to the others but we didn't. Everyone was so happy to be just relaxing around the villa that we hardly left it at all.
In summary the villa and staff met all expectations and exceeded many.

The Gocek team were a pleasure to work with. Their English was good and they made our stay very enjoyable. The villa was lovely and the setting beautiful. The information pack was very helpful. My only criticism was the problem I had with paying for the holiday by credit card - it was inconvenient to have to organise a bank transfer.
