Great affordable deal for all minutes from Cavill avenue.
Open plan living with full kitchen and laundry and more than enough space in our 3 bedroom apartment to have your own space if needed.
Spectacular city views out all our windows from the 14th floor.
Hotel facilities suit all from family's, friends or just couples.
On site bar, bbq's, gym, spa, sauna, lap pool and unheated outdoor pools.
Great place to relax.

A double bed that sags in the middle, a dishwasher that plays up and a non functioning dvd player in the lounge room are not what I expect of a top vacation rental. No lightbulbs in the bedside lamps, no batteries in the tv remote and an empty bottle of washing powder also indicate the lack of care taken in preparing this apartment for rental. However, the Q1 swimming pools, sauna and spa are fabulous, proximity to the beach is great and the lifts very fast. By all means stay in Q1 but don't go to apartment 4502!

We genuinely appreciate all feedback as it helps us to proactively make Q1 better for our guests. Whilst I understand that your stay did not live up to your expectations, I trust that you still enjoyed your time in Q1 Resort with its great facilities.
The apartment that you stayed is a 4.5 star standard with a Queen size bed in the ensuited master bedroom which is what we advertise! This 2 bedroom suite has fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Surfers Paradise's glittering night life, it is finely decored with leather sofas and 3 different plasma TVs settings, you gave us a call referring that the DVD in the lounge did not have a dvd cable, please accept our apologies if one of the remote controls did not have batteries and the washing powder bottle was not full at your arrival, I can assure you that these matters have been thoroughly investigated and addressed with the House Keeper Coordinator. As a result we have adopted a more strict and thorough procedure to ensure we meet and exceed the expectations of our valued guests.
