This condo is nestled amongst the Whispering Pines condos with lovely views of the Columbia Valley. Located slope side with ski-in/ski-out access, you can ski right up to your unit after a day on the slopes. The hot tub is located on the back deck, providing views of Kicking Horse. Enjoy barbequing on the main floor patio as you watch the sunset on the Canadian Rockies.

A non-refundable deposit will guarantee your reservation. Rental terms must be signed, and returned 30 days before the date of your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
1-6 nights - 1-night deposit, non-refundable. Final payment taken 30 days prior to arrival (also non-refundable).
7-27 nights - 3-night deposit, non-refundable. Final payment taken 30 days prior to arrival (also non-refundable).
28+ nights - 50% deposit, non-refundable. Final payment taken 30 days prior to arrival (also non-refundable).
Holiday bookings (includes at least one night between Dec. 22 and Jan. 3) - minimum 2-night deposit, non-refundable. Final payment taken 45 prior to arrival (also non-refundable).
With the payment processed, and your signed rental terms on file, your Arrival Documents will be sent to you, including driving directions, map, and electronic codes for your self check-in. Our Guest Services Manager will be on call 24 hours a day if you have any difficulties.
