This detached house, recently completed to a high standard, is located in Barleycove, just four miles from the County Cork village of Goleen. Spacious and comfortable, this light, airy property offers a large kitchen with dining area, four comfortable bedrooms - two of which are en-suite - and an excellent living room with large picture windows. This spacious holiday home provides excellent accommodation for a large family or group of friends and is just a mile from the sweeping sandy beach.

Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Large lawned garden with decked area and garden furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes’ walk. Beach 1 mile.

Town: Situated in the south-west of Ireland, the village of Goleen in County Cork offers four pubs, four shops, a petrol station and a fast food restaurant. This popular holiday spot is just a mile away from the large sandy beach at Barleycove, whilst a little further along is the local visitors centre at Mizen Head. Set against a backdrop of rocks and high cliffs, visitors can enjoy the Signal Station - situated on an island and accessed by an arched bridge – which offers a shop, cafe and exciting exhibitions. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
