This vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything yet you feel like you are in your own resort. Relax by your own private oasis with pool with trickling waterfall. Look up at all the beautiful palm trees. Hang out in a beautifully landscaped back yard with an oversized covered patio with enough outdoor seating for your entire group. You may find it hard to leave your home so there is a brand new Gas Grill, with searing burner and side element for your use.

This newly renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bath rancher is unique as the neighborhood is surrounded by one level homes, with large privacy walls between neighbors. You have n...o-one looking down into your private yard. An immaculately maintained park with Basketball Courts, Soccer field, a running track and covered playground are located just across the street.

We are sure you will enjoy this newly furnished home, that is perfect for families or friends. There is plenty of room to spread out. We have a games room, with PS3, air hockey (and ping pong table in the garage). The Kids can hang out in the games room while you relax in 1 of two large sitting areas. The living room has a view of the pool and has 2 large white leather couches with 2 matching leather chairs, or you could watch TV (2nd PS3) in the family room with a white leather couch and loveseat and 2 chairs. In the evenings the whole group may enjoy playing cards or roulette at the custom wood and felt game table located off the living room.

The girls can watch a girlie movie on the PS3 or visit in the family room, while the boys hang out in the man cave.

Enjoy a goodnight sleep in 1 of 4 rooms, 1) “The Beach room” has Queen size pillow top bed it is done up in the fresh calming colors and textures of the beach, 2) “The Music Room” queen size pillow top bed, decorated to the theme of music and relaxation,3) Games Room which has bunk beds and a double sofa sleeper, 4) the Master has a high end Stearns and Foster King mattress, this beautifully decorated peaceful room is attached to the covered patio by large sliding French doors with a bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, large soaker tub and separate glass shower. The master bedroom has a 46’ flat screen TV, Blu-ray Player, Direct TV. All bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need including large pool towels. We also stock all soaps (Dish, Bath) Shampoo, Conditioner, and Shower Gel for your convenience. We have enough dishes, cutlery and patio dishes for the entire group. We have video games and DVDs as well as board games for you to enjoy.

We charge a onetime cleaning fee, however if you would like the house cleaned while you are staying it can be arranged at an additional rate.

With all the activities to do at the home you may have a hard time squeezing in NASCAR which is 10 min away or MLB Spring training our home is within minutes from the Goodyear Ballpark (Cleveland Indian & Cincinnati Reds), Peoria Complex (Seattle Mariners/San Diego Padres). Why not head in to downtown Phoenix and catch a Diamondbacks baseball game or a Phoenix Suns Basketball game, being Canadian we love to support the NHL and Phoenix just so happen to have great NHL team, the Coyotes. If you love football: You are only 10 minutes from the magnificent new Cardinal stadium.

If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with 4 top notch courses within 2 minutes from our house you can start your game early and be back at the pool for a Siesta.

Goodyear is a new area within greater Phoenix, and it’s character is reflected in the beautifully landscaped boulevards and shopping centers. It is a quiet part of Phoenix compared to Mesa or central Phoenix.

This is a peacefull neighborhood, only a few minutes to the freeway. There are 4 golf courses with-in 2 5 minutes from our house. Groceries, banks, starbucks and gas a 1/2 mile walk.

  I made the trip down in Decemeber to this home in Goodyear. I was hoping to escape the rain and cold temperatures of beautiful British Columbia in the winter months only to have the rain chase me down there. Seriously!! Well it was not that bad because it did not last long and being from Victoria I was use to rain...thank goodness there was so much to do in the house with PS3 systems, Huge TVs, air hockey and the card table.
  
  My stay here was great ! We were on a guys trip, so being close to all the golf courses, Cardinals stadium and of course pubs and restaraunts was so convenient. On game day nobody wanted to drive to the football stadium because we all planned on partaking in the tailgate festivities(beer) so we grabbbed a cab and we were pleasantly surprised it was only $25+tip. Cant beat it especially when you consider the alternatives...Dui. That was a great experience, if you are a footy fan!
  
  The house is set up perfectly for hanging out and enjoying your stay. We threw some steaks on the barbeque one night and played some poker. It truly has alot to offer when you compare it to staying in a hotel. The fact that if you get sick of eating out, you can throw it down in the kitchen while you entertain or visit because of the huge open concept was great. It has a great hot tub for those evenings when you want to enjoy your favorite bevy of choice after a long day on the golf course or shopping. Lol
  
  I do not have a family of my own yet but I could see how you could easily share with 2 families with 2-3 kids each. The lay-out is awesome it basically has 2 seperate wings with the kitchen in the middle. We all know the Kitchen is the most popular spot when vacationing! The owners were extremely pleasant to deal with and very accomadating. The pictures are very accurate and I would say it is even better in person.
  
  I would certainly reccomend this place and plan on going back next year probably in the spring time or late summer so I can enjoy the real heat!

  We had an excellent stay, the house is just wonderful and very well maintained. It has all the high end features you would love in your own home. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and then had a nice swim in the pool and spa. The owners were very attentive and made sure that we had everything running well. We have 2 teens and they enjoyed all the fun things to do, cards, air hockey, ping pong table and of course the pool. Thanks for letting us share you wonderful home.

  We had a great time at this property in the Palm Valley because it is such a quiet neighborhood in a very convenient location. We went into Phoenix several times which is barely 20 minutes away on the I-10, including a DiamondBacks game at Chase Field, and it is only 9 miles to where the arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Coyotes play. Great restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, ballparks and excellent shopping is literally within 3 - 5 minutes. I particularly loved the early morning walks through the desert-landscaped neighborhood. This house is beautiful and there is plenty of room for a family or group. All of the furnishings and appliances are brand new and top quality. Loved the granite countertops. Everything you can think of is provided for your convenience - much better than a hotel, and being on one level gives you the "resort feeling". The pool area and patio is totally private because there are no 2 level homes but there is sun all day ( every day in arizona! ). The covered lounge area is great. It really is a great pool and hot tub - loved the waterfall. We had a blast playing Blackjack, Roulette and Backgammon at the custom gaming table! The beautiful Palm Valley Golf Course is just 2 miles away and is a terrific facility. We hope to try the other courses nearby during our next stay. We would certainly recommend this property and area to anyone and hope to return soon.
