Portland OregonOverall we had a very good experience and ski weekend!

Visit from 28 Feb - 4 Mar
First everything was in good working order and the cabin warmed up to a comfortable temperature once we figured out how to turn on the gas fireplace, if nothing works read the instructions.
The cabin features some very clever decorations and the workmanship on the bathrooms both tile and wood work is very well done. For the most part the cabin was clean and in good order. The ski boot warmers are a nice touch.
Note that we had to dig through a large snow pile to get to the lock box under the front deck, this would have been tough if we had a late arived. In a big snow year this can be expected.
On the negative side there was no barbeque (I suspect that fire threat explains this) and the kitchen is a one but space with slim to no counter space. The beading is not up to the RCI Gold Standard. Carting out the garbage is not the most pleasant experience if you are not prepared. Vertical access between the three levels would be a challenge for toddlers or mobility challenged guests.
Overall we had a very good experience and ski weekend!

Everyone enjoyed their time here. We had 4 couples (Early to mid 30's) and 1 infant stay at the cabin for 2 nights.
Negatives:
- Only 3 bedrooms with doors. The top room has a few extra beds and a heavy curtain separating the room which is considered 2 rooms.
- House is loud. If there is a baby/infant in your group beware it is loud in any of the bedrooms. Playing cards at the kitchen table kept our son awake most of the night.
Positives:
Nice cabin in walking proximity to restaurants and pubs in Government Camp. In short walking distance to lots of snowshoeing trails and sledding areas. Parking accommodations for 4 cars (during winter). The inside is charming and quant with overall decent amount of space but chopped up a bit. The stairs are not dog/infant applicable although the hatch to the basement is cool. There are 2 bedrooms with doors in the basement and 1 large bedroom on the top floor with a heavy curtain divider. The owners were great to work with and made it easy to do business over email. For the money this would be a great single family retreat! I plan to go there again with just my family to enjoy snowshoeing. -

We really enjoyed our stay here and had a great time. The cabin was very clean, and the location was perfect. Just a few small issues that we had: only about half the outlets worked, the downstairs does not get any heat, so people staying downstairs were doing so in layers of clothing and hats, and the downstairs shower drain was draining very slowly. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

I have fixed the drain issue and there are 4 Air Registers downstairs, I have never had any one else mention this before, not sure what the issue was,
