main house maximum 10 then $1500 for Guest House 2 persons and $2000 for Kari's Cottage Property maximum is 14.
September 15th to November 15th is $7500 for Main House up to 6 persons then $500 per person per week extra main house maximum 10 persons. Guest House is $1250 per week, 2 persons and Kari's House is $1500 per 2 persons. Cottages rented only in conjunction with main house

The house and patios are broken up to give big groups unique space for alone time, and when traveling with 14 that is most welcome,The bedrooms are large, airy and
nicely decorated, very clean and have A/C.We liked that fact that each room has it own bath and loved the three outdoor showers and the bathroom at the pool area.The kitchen was perfect, we had everything we needed and more.
Trust me the photos on the website don’t accurately capture the space and beauty. The beach is a dream come true.
The staff at the house delivers first class service and take pride in the beautiful condition of the property. The days were spent playing with the kids, drinking gin and coconut water, swimming, lunching at The Beach HOuse, Tippys and Coco Di Mama's and relaxing in the sun.
Thank you, everyone at Capricorn House,This house was superb, a quality rental.It felt like we were living the life of "The rich and famous!" We will never forget the warm hospitality, we were made to feel so special and welcome.
All the families on our vacation are very well traveled so trust me when I say you can’t ask for a better coordinator then Anne! She was prompt in every correspondence; the process in getting the house ready for our group was flawless.We so apreciate your detailed preparation and carry through for our visit. Don't miss-out on this Caribbean paradise. Everything on the website is true… and more. Large groups or small… family or friends…young or old… sportsman or bookworm…Capricorn House is fun and relaxing for all. We walked the miles of pink, pristine beaches, snorkeled in the reef-protected, calm ocean waters, sunbathed by the freshwater pool, witnessed the brilliant sunrises and magnificent sunsets, and entertained under the incredible starlit skies. Discover this special place… You'll be back!

There are not enough stars to rate this home. It was beautiful and set up to make your stay so comfortable. All the extras make it a true vacation. You really never have to leave the property. Plenty of sleeping space and privacy for all. Plenty of together space. The grounds are peaceful and relaxing. The pool and beach are immaculate. Vacations are important to me and this was one of my all time tops. Just writing this makes me realize what a wonderous time it was.

From my perspective, the closest vacation experience that I can make to my stay at Capicorn House Bahamas is it is like staying at a Ritz Carlton except adding the besutiful, isolated pink sand beach and a full compliment of ocean toys (kayaks, etc.). You kind of feel as though you're on your own private island because you cannot see another home from anywhere on the property. I've been to the Bahamas many times (my husband was born there) but this was truly the most incredible mixture of all the best scenery and exquisite gardens with 5-Star accomodations. Worth every penny!

I have been to Capricorn House 4 times now,,,and I just keep going back because there is no place as beautiful and comfortable for a relaxing vacation,,,,,Thw pink sand and turquoise water are like nowhere else,the beaches are quiet, beautiful and serene,,,The shelling is great,too!!!
Capricorn House is so comfortable and accomodating,,,everything you need is right at hand,,,nothing for you to do but RELAX,,,and enjoy a Tropical Paradise,,
