Vacation Rental Condo - Very spacious 2 bedroom beach front condo, located on the 2nd Floor overlooking Grace Bay Beach with pool views from Master Bedroom and Ocean Views from living, dining, kitchen and balcony. Each bedroom feature a King size bed, suite sleeps 4 people, 2 full en-suite baths and one 1/2 guest bath. Master bedroom features his and hers closets, flat screen cable TV, ceiling fan plus a/c, telephone, large en-suite bathroom has a shower plus separate bathtub, double sinks. Second bedroom features King bed, flat screen TV, balcony overlooking the swimming pool, large closet and en-suite bathroom. Can be rented as a 1 bedroom... or 2 bedroom condo during select dates.

Snorkeling

Green turtles, angelfish and parrotfish are just a few of the stunning creatures that await snorkelers only a few feet from the shore.

The “White House” located in the Princess Alexander National Park is a short five minute drive from the property, where snorkelers can easily spot an variety of marine life and array of coloured corals, starfish, sponges and amazing sea shells through the crystal clear waters

Scuba Diving

Diving in the Turks and Caicos is a superb experience due to the combination of the crystal clear waters, excellent visibility (200ft), coral reef and abundance of marine life and is considered by many as one of the top ten Scuba diving destinations in the world; it is a “must dive” destination.

The Turks and Caicos Islands are surrounded by an extensive coral reef system (65 miles across and 200 miles long). Where the shallow turquoise waters of the Caicos Bank meet the outer coral reefs, the terrain drops from a depth of 45ft to 6000ft. This wall drop off is drastic and is where corals thrive and fish life flourishes.

  Wow what a place! Wonderful stay at Caicos Bluell

  The unit itself was decorated beautifully, extremely clean and quickly felt like our home away from home. The sliding doors open almost the entire length of the room; with the doors open you can hear the waves clearly from everywhere in the unit and you can get a great cross-breeze if you open the windows in the bedroom and bathroom. (The air conditioning did work very well, we just only used it at night). We rented it as a one bedroom, so the 2nd bedroom was locked but you could see from the pool area that it had a balcony with seating. I have a food allergy, so I used the kitchen pretty often and it had everything that I needed. It was great to have the washer and dryer in the unit as well. Even though we only used the one bedroom, we still had use of both bathrooms which was nice; there is the master bath in the bedroom (with a nice shower as well as a jacuzzi tub) and a half bath in the hall. There is wireless internet, but we had to get the device from the owner.
  
  The pool was very well kept - it was clean and was the perfect temperature. I didn't realize this before arriving, but there is a bar in the pool area which was an added bonus.
  
  The beach is where we spent most of our time - it was the most beautiful water and sand that I have ever seen. You can always see the bottom and there were barely any fish near the beach area. We were there during during low season, but there were always plenty of chairs and umbrellas open; there were many more to the side that they can bring out if necessary. The servers came around periodically to make sure you had everything that you needed. It was paradise, plain and simple.
  
  The area surrounding the resort is wonderful; there are a ton of of restaurants and shops within just a few minutes' walk. The IGa (grocery store) is either a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. We did rent a car and are very glad that we did, since there is so much to see throughout the entire island.
  
  Overall, we would highly recommend this condo!

  Location of the condo was excellent. Access to things were easy. Beautiul view from the balcony.
  
  We did not think condo was very clean so experienced too many mosquitoes at night which really ruined our experience.

  Thank you for staying with us at Caicos Blue II and I am sorry to hear about the mosquitoes. While we do not have a mosquito infestation on the island at all, all the doors and windows are screened to prevent any from entering the condo. If these are closed then for sure this would not have happened. Bear in mind that you are on a Tropical island so care must be taken when leaving doors and windows open, ensuring the screen it closed.
  
  I am happy that you loved the location and view plus the proximity to most things. I hope you will return someday and that your experience will be more pleasurable. It was great having you stay with us.

  My husband and I travelled to Grace Bay in January for a one week stay in this suite at Villa Renaissance with our one year son. The suite is absolutely beautiful, it had everything that we needed. It's luxurious, spacious and the view is spectacular. The staff at VR are very friendly, and the location is incredible. The grocery store is just a quick 10 minute walk away. The beach is truly unbelievable, and VR has some beach & pool toys available, which was a big hit. In the evenings, a couple of great restaurants are just a 2 min walk away (Thai and Indian places), and we ordered pizza for delivery one night which was delicious. The only drawback we encountered is that the pool isn't heated at VR, but we've heard this is fairly common in T&C;, and our little boy didn't seem to mind too much. Overall our vacation was amazing. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner of the suite, who met us to give us a tour when we arrived, and we definitely would recommend this suite.
