Description

Right in Grace Bay, we are close to everything. Our Caribbean style home with vaulted ceilings, large airy bedrooms is close to the beach, restaurants, casino, golf course and shopping. Steps away from Coco Bistro, a top island restaurant and next to the golf course. Make yourself feel at home in a private residence with the comforts of home.This is a private location located in a residential area with a wrap around terrace,it has covered and open patios surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens and trees.

Local TCI Accommodation government taxes are applicable of 12% in addition to to your rental fees.

We have added a four poster queen bed to the east bedroom and there are two queen beds in the west bedroom. There is a queen size murphy bed in the main living area we have linens, towels for all rooms.We also have a pack and play pen/crib. The 3 Flat screen TVS are wifi equipped for streaming television, ie Netflix and Youtube.

Please come and enjoy our little piece of paradise. A comprehensive guide to our favorite restaurants, shops, beaches and activities will be forwarded prior to your arrival so you can plan your holiday and to find your way around! There are many fine car rental agencies on the island,advance reservations are recommended.

Access is provided by digital codes that we provide to completed bookings about 7-10 days prior to your arrival along with a digital Welcome pack with information about the house. A completed rental agreement is required. An on island contact will connect with you at the property on the day of your arrival.We are readily available by text, phone or email during your stay. Please not we have been homeowners in Provo since 1989. We feel we can provide you plenty of up to date information for the asking.
