We built this home in 2000 and lived in it for more than 10 years. It's always been a home and now it can welcome you and your family. The house is situated in a residential area but is less than a five minute walk from the world-famous Grace Bay beach. Our 3000 square foot island home offers comfort, charm and convenience, as you can easily walk to restaurants, shops and the island's best beach. The home is located in a residential area of Grace Bay. The neighborhood is just one street away from the beach. It is possible to walk to restaurants, bars, resorts, shops, the beach, the golf course and tennis courts. There is ample parking in the driveway of the house and on the street. We spent our holidays in this villa and we were surprised, the location is better than pictures can tell!!! We enjoyed every minute at the villa and around the island... we didn't want to leave!!! The home is located in a very quite and safe area, perfect for kids or just for a couple who want only have relax and enjoy that amazing place!! Most of all, the house is very clean and you feel like at home right away.The home is big and everything is so well appointed. The whole location offers a family atmosphere, and rooms are lovely arranged. The masterbedroom upstairs is huge, it has a nice view from the window, the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is really really big!!! I had the best shower of my life!!!
We loved the BBQ perfectly located around the pool!! By the way, the pool is great,we liked wake up in the morning to get the first ray of sun and swim before breakfast, and then we went to the beach.
The "best beach ever" is very close, and it's amazing!!! Grace beach looked like baby powder, so soft and white. Every day we relaxed, we had pleasant walks and runs along the beach...unforgattable days!!
There is an huge supermarket with lots of fresh stuff just few minutes by car, nice restaurants by the beach and a wonderful golf course! People are friendly and the owners are a lovely family!
We were there as a couple, we enjoyed the house and the island so much that we have been thinking to come back soon with our baby girl.
We truly can recommend this beautiful, splendid estate.

I have stayed at this "Charming Family Home on Grace Bay Beach" a number of times over the last five years. It has a great feel to it, whether it be lying on the hammock or swing on the porch, swimming in the pool or playing minature golf in the back yard. You are off the beaten path yet just a road way to all the excitement of the island, including a short walk to five-star restaurants and the Casino. I particularly enjoy the sleeping accomodations-- the nice crisp sheets and bedding and the air conditioning when needed. While it is a "family home" it does have a feel of a vacation home, too. It is the best of both worlds. I have got to know some of the neighbors and they are always so friendly when I return and make me feel "at home". I have been here at all times of the year-- summer, fall, winter and spring-- and always enjoy the climate and the Island vibe, which is different each season.

The house is very well located close to the famous Grace bay beach. It is big with a lot space inside and outside.
In the garden is a nice swimming pool where you can have relaxing time after the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can find a lot of toys if you have kids.
