This exceptionally located beach villa complex offers a very private rustic setting with lots of palm trees and many amenities including sleeping accommodations for ten. The Alfred, or main house, comes equipped with kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, laundry, one bedroom with king bed, bathroom and spacious open air shower. The Mary, or second house, is similarly equipped but has two bedrooms (one king bedroom with bath ensuite and the other with a queen bed and separate bathroom). The third house house has two large bedrooms with bath ensuite and large cupboards only. One is equipped with a king bed, the other with a queen and a t...win. Tyler is all about location and pure casual elegance at an affordable price. The multiple structures allow for comfort and privacy even where there is a large number of guests.

The main house of this Turks and Caicos villa rental offers comfortable surroundings with a full sized kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher. There is one bedroom and bath in the main house and two bedrooms and baths in the separate cottage, allowing sleeping for six.

With a comfortable and charming interior, the Tyler House Villa offers a lovely haven overlooking the beach. Meals can be prepared inside or out on the grill and the porch offers the perfect relaxation place for watching the water, dozing, or having cocktails.

In addition to the main villa and 2-bedroom cottage, the adjoining guest house provides accommodations for an additional four people. This house also offers a full sized kitchen with a microwave. Like the main house, the guest house offers the perfect beach house, comfortable furniture for relaxing and a welcoming open floor plan, all within a hundred feet of the beach.

Nothing is nicer than being right on the beach. Beautiful white sand stretches out for miles and crystal clear water beckons right in front of your door. Tyler House is one of the most charming Providenciales villas and is located on the most beautiful beach. Your Grace Bay villa accommodations offer privacy, but are also a short walk down the beach to several excellent restaurants and clubs.
