A truly Caribbean experience! <br /><br />In addition to the expansive views from the upper deck at Grace Bay Villa, there is also a covered terrace at beach level where you have a choice of a vacation lounging in the shade or sun. <br /><br />The well-appointed and colorfully Caribbean living room at this vacation villa offers you inviting views of the sea and white sandy beach stretching for miles and miles and miles. <br /><br />The kitchen at Grace Bay Villa is located between the living room and dining area with an additional outside dining table overlooking the pool. The dining area can be a bit crowded if a large party is seated at the table, in which case you would be best served to additionally utilize the side table, or nearby outside table if a large holiday group is dining together. <br /><br />Grace Bay Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a powder room. The master bedroom has great views of the sea and the other bedrooms have a colorful view of the Caribbean garden.   I\'m sorry its taken me this long to write this note. I guess I had other stuff besides vacation on my mind. Just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our vacation very much this year at Grace Bay Villa. The house is a great beach house, I think probably one of the best on the beach! We loved the views from the upper deck. The house wasn\'t as nice as Paprika or Sandstone - but what house is! We just got spoiled. We took three of our kids friends with us and my parents (they stayed with us in Paprika two years ago). They all enjoyed themselves and loved the house, the beach, and the island.

  Paradise in Turks and Caicos

  We had the very good fortune to spend our Christmas this year at the Grace Bay beach house in Turks and Caicos. We arrived after a short cab ride from the airport, be sure to know which Beach House you are going to, the directions we were faxed were excellent.
  The house is incredible, with plenty of space and a wrap around balcony to enjoy a 360 degree view of the grounds and the island. The grounds are like a small jungle, with all kinds of hidden treasures on a hot day like the hammock or the outdoor showers. The house is set back from the road on a long driveway, the road is not busy at all.
  There is a walk down to two wooden decks on the beach, which is the most amazing floury powdery sand. The water is the most turquoise we have seen, and is like walking into a bathtub. The reef is a short swim out, with incredible snorkeling, we saw a nurse shark, turtles, baracuda, eels and hundreds of fish and corals.
  The house was easy walking distance to some the Green Bean which was a great little restaurant especially for breakfast. The Shark Club was a great bar.
  The IGa grocery store was an easy drive and was well stocked with everything we needed to feed 8 hungry athletes and two hungry parents. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, coffee makers, blenders and plenty of dishes and glassware.
  The staff was excellent, Rhonda was there to meet us and get us settled. From overuse I think we had the blades on one blender break, she was quite understanding and brought a new one over, no charge.
  The pool in the backyard was a great place to hang out on the one day that was very windy on the beach. It is protected and private and provided all the heat needed.
  There were even some potcakes that came round and one that got named Ernie who was there early in the morning till we went to bed at night, made it easy not to miss our own dog back home.
  We have been to a number of islands, this was one of the most beautiful and relaxing. We all would love to go back again to the same Beach house.

  Grace Bay Villa amazing

  We stayed at the Grace Bay Villa from 4/23 to 4/30 and we used Tcvillas.com to book it. The Villa exceeded our expectations. Literally steps away from the beach, amazing views, and wonderful accomodations.
  
  Staying in the Turtle Cove area is very nice since you are walking distance to the Marina and several restaurants, Baci, Shark Bite, and Tiki Hut. Our dive shop, Provo Turtle Divers, was also right there.
  
  Only 2 negatives I can think of, 1 no coolers to borrow/use on the property to take down to the beach. Also, there were a few ants in the kitchen, but nothing terrible.
