Reef Pearl is located on the beach on a dead-end peninsula at the far western end of Grace Bay Beach, away from the hotels and condos, yet walking distance to 5 different restaurants and Turtle Cove Marina offering all water activities including deep sea fishing, shallow reef fishing, sailboat and power boat charters, glass bottom boat tours, parasailing, a reef submarine, SCUBA etc. etc.
Reef Pearl Villa has its own private tennis courts (possibly shared on occasion only with Conch Pearl next door). These tennis courts also have the added feature of a basketball goal for your added enjoyment.

We selected this house after doing different searches in the internet. It is a house that has the peculiarity of being distributed in such a way that in the ground floor you have one "mini-house" consisting of a bedroom, a dining room, its own bathroom and kitchen. This place needs more light, but it is surrounded by dense vegetation. On top you have the "formal" house that is well depicted in the description and the pictures seen here. This gives privacy to the occupants of this part of the house. Everything is quite simple and easy to find. The rooms are ample, the living room and kitchen well layed out. Fully furnished, nice balcony overlooking the water. On the ground floor, next to the "mini-house" there is a playroom with a pool table, different balls (basket, football, rugby), snorkel gear, tennis rackets (for the tennis court you share with the house next door), bikes, everything you need for the little ones, etc.
It is not directly on the beach, but maybe 30-50 meters from the beach through a nice walkway.
The pool is also nice, on the small side.
The beach is beautiful, although for our personal taste, a little bit narrow with very nice lounge chairs.
Andrew the landowner always at your service, very kind and helpful.
Pros: Simple, good layout, comfortable, clean, well furnished, it has all you need, very good location within the island, definetely would rent it again!
Cons: No fence in the pool, not right on the beach as some may expect.
Please do not forget to visit Taylor Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach!! -

I really pondered whether to write this review because I do not want to share this wonderful home and plan to return in future. Everything is carefully planned, exquisitely cared for and luxuriously appointed. The location, landscaping, amenities, comfortable beds, views, etc... Loved it!!!
