      Amazing tropical getaway

Left on 04/08/2013 for a stay in January 2013

The Reef Beach house in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands is an amazing tropical getaway especially if you live on the east coast (3 hour direct flight from Newark Int'l airport). the house comes well appointed and it is situated on the beach (Atlantic Ocean). The house itself consists of two separate buildings: the main house containing two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen and living room. The secondary house contains two bedrooms, 1 shared bath and a kitchenette. The two houses are connected via elevated porch/walk which wraps completely around both houses. While indoor space is limited, who really goes to Turks and Caicos Islands to be inside? Outdoor deck and patio space is abundant so even 8 people (as we were) can all find space to stretch out. The house has a/C but you really won't need it as there are always ocean breezes and the bedrooms' corners are all louvered windows allowing you regulate how much breeze comes into your room. Between the breeze and the sound of the ocean you have a natural "white noise" that helps you sleep. While renting a car is recommended if you want to explore the entire island you can really simplify life and skip it. There are about a half-dozen restaurants/bars within walking distance. And there is great snorkeling in your "back yard"---the ocean at the end of the rear walk. Don't want to go out into the deeper water and still want to snorkel? No problem! I inadvertently discovered a full, yet small reef just off shore in about 4 feet of water! I could have reached down and touched it (but don't!). There were coral, anemones, sponges, fish of all kinds and colors. I had fun following these beautiful purple fish with yellow bellies around--it was captivating---all right near the house. I would totally recommend this house and can't wait to go back again.

      So relaxing

Left on 03/28/2013 for a stay in August 2012

Reef Beach House is very cute and very clean and comfortable. I stayed in one of the bedrooms that was not in the main house and I loved having some privacy and quiet when I needed it. Yet, the communal parts of the house catered to happy and comfortable gatherings whether in the living room or on the spacious deck or poolside. You can swim and snorkel directly in front of the house and come in and clean off and then walk to any number of restaurants.

      Breathtakingly Beautiful

Left on 03/17/2013 for a stay in August 2012

I have grown up on beaches and have never seen one as beautiful as this. Even the view from the window on the flight down was amazing.
You can practically touch the water from the deck of the Reef House. What could be better that a perfect sandy beach and a coral reef, both, off your front yard.
The house was comfortable both day and night, even in august, because of the sea breeze. We rarely used the air conditioning. The layout gives complete privacy in both bedrooms in the main house and in the guest cottage.
But who stays inside. Eating, visiting, resting, and reading are all best outdoors.
We found the house and pool comfortable and well equipped.
Local restaurants and grocery stores offered delicious and good selection.

Relax & enjoy the beautiful views and convenience of Reef Beach

Left on 03/13/2013 for a stay in January 2013

I've enjoyed several trips to Provo over the past ten years and our week at the Reef Beach House is one of my favorites. The villa is composed of two separate buildings, each with two bedrooms. They are connected by a walkway. It worked out fine for the 7 of us -- 3 couples and me.

The bedrooms are colorful and the beds are very comfortable. The main house has a small kitchen that is fully equipped and we had a wonderful gourmet meal prepared by a local chef at the house on our first evening. There is a kitchenette in the room I used. The extra fridge is very handy & I could have cooked if i wanted to. But for me it was great that good, fun restaurants are within walking distance or are a short drive away.

The view from the deck is of the perfect Grace Bay Beach - just a few feet from the gate of the fenced in yard. You can just walk out and swim or snorkel right in front of the house! I had a great, relaxing vacation and would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent location and value for this classic beachfront home.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and private baths. If a direct beach location is important this is the place for you. Large wrap around deck and nice swimming pool
Enjoy you morning breakfast overlooking Grace Bay then walk down to the beach and begin your day. The second building or guest house has 2 bedrooms and kitchenette. The deck connects both buildings. Plenty of parking, good wifi, clean and well managed. Area is well known for snorkeling no need to hire a boat! This is a great find for couples, small groups and families with sleeping for eight. Walk to restaurants and Turtle Cove marina. Cheers and enjoy your stay! We will be back
