Simple elegance
Casa Azul is located just across from the San Francisco Convent and Church, just one block from the main square. The location is great and the house is comfortable and airy.
The large living area has comfortable seating, fun art pieces and is cool and breezy.
As in all colonial homes, the garden is the center of the home. On the surrounding corridors, you will find comfortable rockers to wile away the hours. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for four. The main attraction in the garden area is the sparkling pool that invites you to step in and cool down.

It was a bit of a leap of faith booking a house for a whole month with a company we knew nothing about, but it turned out to be an excellent decision. The house is lovely, extremely well-maintained and in a prime location: the street is quiet, but easy walking distance from sites and restaurants. The property management was top notch. They responded to emails promptly and were available for anything we needed during our stay. Daily maid service and pool service were included in the rates so everything was clean and well-maintained. And the house is even prettier than it looks in pictures.

The pictures shown do not make justies for the houses. The house is great for vacation, the pool is larger than it seems. The house is locate in a great place center of Granada within walking distance to everything need. The second bedroom is located upstairs. My wife first instance was not leave my boys (ages 11 & 7) sleep upstairs. However, they really want to have there own room amd love it. It was our first vacation in Nicaragua,but it was the best my kids already are planning to go back. The property managers officer are the best as is the clean person she was great. If you are visting Granada for vacation I suggest this house it pardise.

C'est en consultant Tripadvisor que j'ai trouvé cette belle maison coloniale à Granada Ni. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine avec mon beau-frère Grande casa très bien située, en face du couvent, près de tout mais quand même tranquille. Patio central avec jardin et piscine étaient très appréciés au retour de nos excurtions. Cuisine bien équipée, très grand salon, fauteuils confortables, salles de bains modernes. Personnel d'entretien de la maison et de la piscine à tous les jours, gentils et efficace.Le seul inconvénient c'est la 2ième chambre qui est vraiement très petite et en haut avec sa salle de bain en dessous. Mon beau-frère s'en est accomodé mais pour deux couples ça serait problématique.Même si cette maison est immense je la recommande pour 2 ou 3 personnes.
