Casa Carlotta is a newly constructed home only four blocks from the central park. This is a very unique home which offers you amenities not found in larger homes such as an on premise garage and a swimming pool.
Casa Carlotta is airy and open with the entire downstairs area dedicated to living space. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar that seats five. The living area offers comfortable seating and is equipped with cable TV, DVD and Stereo. Fun mosaic fish adorn the swimming pool which is located just off the living area in the main corridor to the bedrooms.

Left on 03/25/2011 for a stay in February 2011
we had bats in our bedroom cieling, you could hear them during the night and there were always droppings. my wife was freaked out! our warm water heater exploded and we had no warm water for 3 days. other days we had no water at all.
in fairness i have to say that vanessa , marvin and staff did an outstanding job addressing these problems.
we rented now 4 times through GPS , this was the only sad,upsetting experience.Response from Nicaragua Home Rentals - 05/31/2011

Thank you for your review reagrding Casa Carlotta. I apologize that there was not water in the house at times but the city does cut the water off regulary to do maintenance. As far as the bats, it is another challenge living in a colonial style house but we have repaired all the small spaces the bats could enter and we are now bat free. We look forward to having you as a guest in the future.
