This city home is located in the Centro Histórico and features beautifully maintained colonial elements of the original "Pulperia" store whose name it has kept. Excellent quiet street in the trendy San Francisco Convent area just a few blocks from Granada's best restaurants and shopping.

The front sala is furnished with traditional Granadino rocking chairs to relax and visit with friends and neighbors. The open courtyard living area features a saltwater pool, dining and lounging areas with an open kitchen. Gardens are located in the front and rear courtyards.
