mother of the bride
Salt Lake City, UTbig disappointment
Left on 04/04/2013 for a stay in August 2012
We rented a house for our daughter's wedding last aug. We wanted a large place where we could entertain the wedding party and guests. Though the house was beautiful, the furnishings were dirty and sparse. The kitchen was ill equipped (only old jars for glasses, no knives sharp enough to cut veggies, etc). The sectional sofa in the living room was dirty. the only other seating was an old office chair with wheels and a TV chair low to the floor. The only light was a bright ceiling light. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels and many light bulbs were burnt out. Though the pictures looked lovely, the house itself was very disappointing and I was embarrassed to entertain there.

OwatonnaA great place !

This home was a very pleasant surprise. We did not have the opportunity to look at it first before arriving. The home is beautiful and clean!. Oh the scenery was absolutely beautiful! Great place for hiking, walking... It was definitely built for a lot of people to stay there comfortably. It was well maintained, had lots of room for games, tv watching, sitting outdoors... I was concerned about the few number of bathrooms to the number of sleeping accomodations, but for some reason it worked just fine!. The bedrooms and bathrooms made it family firendly :) The kitchen was built for a couple large families! It was great and I'd stay there again ...
Thank you to the owners. -

Loveland, COA perfect place for us!

We had a wonderful stay at 92 Timberline Dr! We used it for a high school ski retreat weekend. It's very close to Granby Ranch for skiing and snowshoeing. The house is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Doug was very helpful, very kind and answered any and all questions we had promptly and thoroughly. The house was clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

We have 16 people staying at the rental property. The grill was very small, the oven did not work, and one of the microwaves did not work. The toilet was also plugged during our stay. We called the owner of the property about the oven as we needed to use it to fix our meals. It was not fixed during our stay. However it is a very nice home. And the view is amazing. If everything was in working order, this would've been a great place to stay.

Waxahachie, TexasWonderful experience for our church group of skiers
Left on 03/23/2011 for a stay in March 2011
We had a group of 20 people from ages 8 years to 53 years old in our group, with both males and females in attendance. We wanted a house big enough for this size group and close to the ski slopes. We got both. This home is very comfortable and beautifully maintain. The owner is very nice and willing to work with the renters. The home is located a couple of miles from the Sol Vista ski resort and within a few miles of Winter Park ski resort. The view is beautiful and relaxing. There is a small store just a couple of miles from this location that is well equipped for shopping needs and shopping for all is just a few miles away in Winter Park. The only thing that this home lacked was an extra full bath. With the number of teens we had another full bath would have been a great asset, but over all we would consider renting here again for a group this size, or smaller. We had a great time and would recommend this location to renters looking for a home away from home for a few days.
