Beautiful 130 m² villa built in 2007 on a 400 m² garden in the north of Mauritius for 2 people, 5 minutes from Grand-Bay and only 900 m from the beach of Péreybère.
A large covered terrace can accommodate 8 people at the table and has a sofa-bed.
A nice garden with palmtrees and exotic plants surrounds the private pool and kiosk. Internet access works perfectly under the kiosk. Barbecues around the private pool are a pleasure in this corner of paradise.
The fully equipped kitchen in stainless steel and wood is very modern.

Die Villa ist sehr schön, groß und luxuriös eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts, voll ausgestattete Küche, Safe, Wlan, Pool, Liegen, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Alarmanlage, etc.etc. Auch die ganze anlage ist sehr schön, alles gepflegt und ruhig, das Wachpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmermädchen ist sehr zuverlässig, hat sehr gut aufgeräumt und die Wäsche war sehr sauber.
Leihwagen ist erforderlich, Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
Wer es sehr ruhig mag, sollte eine andere Villa wählen, die Nr. 5 liegt direkt an der Straße, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Nachts ist es ruhig.
Bei den Küchenschränken sollte man keine deutschen Sauberkeitsansprüche haben, eine Grundreinigung wäre gelegentlich nötig. Aber wir haben nicht gekocht, sondern sind in den Restaurants sehr gut und günstig zum Essen gegangen. Supermärkte sind einige in der Nähe, die Preise sind gleich wie in Europa. -

Nice location, near lot of activities, restaurants and lot more... The house is really comfortable and pleasant. Just let your luggage and profit the pool, the fully equiped kitchen (lot of store close the villa to buy food at cheap prices). If you need a romantic place to take some private moments, do not hesitate this is the place to be.
