This 3 Bedroom self catering villa and family accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with its own 3km stretch of tropical sandy beach and situated close to other ammenities inlcluding a bank, shops, and supermarket.

Best possible option!
This villa is perfect for all! We stayed there for three weeks and everything was as expected. The location is very good and the the owner´s father, who takes care of the villa, is the best! He picked us from the airport when we arrived and took back there when we had to leave back home. He can be your driver and take you where ever you want with very reasonable price. He has 5 seated normal car and 14 seated mini van. For example, once we went to the Casela park with 7 persons and during that trip we visited many other places. He picked us up from the villa at around 7 am. and brought us back at around 6 pm. He took only 3500 Rs (less than 100€) for this! Some taxi drivers with normal car would take about 5000-8000 depending the amount of people.
Only minus that I can imagine is that the street leading to the villa from the coastal road is not lighted, so it becomes very dark at night.
You will have a possibility to order home cooked food delivered to the villa, but the food is very average tasting and quite expensive. For example, we paid for about 400Rs/person. There are local restaurants where you can order starters, mains, desserts and drinks with less than 400 Rs.

My family and i stayed at this property for 2 weeks in april 2011 and it really was the holiday of a lifetime, from the moment that we met Gunee the gentleman who looks after the villa at the airport until he dropped us back again after a fantastic holiday everything was just perfect.During our stay in Mauritius my wife and i renewed our wedding vows which i believe was a first at the villa and Gunee and his family went the extra mile to make sure that our day really was so special, from arranging garlands to making sure the food came at the right time nothing was to much trouble for a family who pride themselves on making sure that their guests want for nothing.

We were greeted with a big smile at the airport by Gunee, one of the family who own the villa - and driven about 1 hour transfer to the villa, with a proud commentary of the area along the way!
First impression of the villa was wow!! The pool is small and perfect for your needs -and a lovely patio area around it so you can have either option of sun or shade with a BBQ area if you so desire! The villa has lots of windows and doors that can be thrown open, so lots of light and huge spacious kitchen and lounge area. 3 bedrooms, all lovely and one with huge walk in shower. Full facilities plus air conditioning and safe. The villa has an alarm system and double gates so you feel very secure, not that secuirty is an issue in this beautiful area.
The area was quiet and the sea a few minutes walk away!
The maid comes in every day to ensure all is clean and tidy and the gardener every few days to maintain the grounds and the pool.
It simply is the best! Book it with the knowledge you have chosen well!

Fantastic, home from home but with better weather..
We were greeted at the airport with the warm and welcoming smile of Gunee, waiting ready to collect us and our bags and gently cruise us to the comforts of Sussex Breeze a delightful villa with lots of space and character.
Kitted out with more or less everything you would find at home, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and hairdryer.
2 double rooms and a twin, with loads of living space, there is also a TV and dvd/stereo player.
A selection of books.
It's hard to find fault with this lovely place, just the Dvd's are a little tired, which left our film night a little unsuccessful!
The beds are average size doubles, there is plenty of storage for your clothes.
Wonderful modern shower rooms and utility room with another toilet.
Sujatta the cleaning lady and Mohit the pool man are both wonderful. We even tasted the delights of a meal prepared by Mohit and his wife, food to feed 4 or was it 40?
There is an abundance of wildlife that visits the garden daily including birds with the party hats, dragonflies and whole range of butterflies, And the odd friendly cat or 2.
Not to mention a whole host of geckos.
It was a pleasure to stay here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I've already talked my sister into visiting next year.

Loved every minute perfect for our 25th wedding anniversary
The owner picked us up at the airport, what a lovely man, had essential food supplies such as fresh bread, butter, milk etc with him. Met with a welcome drink, given time to settle in and then taken to the local supermarket to stockup. rented a car at a very reasonble rate from him. Great location only a couple of minute walk from a superb beach abd a 10 min drive from Grand Bay. all in all a great place to stay
