4BR/4BA Mahogany Cove Villa is directly oceanfront in the Cottage; District, on the south coast in the middle of the island. This flexible two story beach house offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the house and from the adjacent dock next door.The beach is very sandy, but pool shoes/fins are required for swimming or snorkeling. Oceanfront windows and glass doors to the full-width screened porch flood the villa with Caribbean sunshine year round. The very sandy backyard offers a hammock shaded by the cabana and a gas BBQ. Multiple Configurations permit 1-2-3 and 4BR Villa. 4BR version includes (2) Living Rooms and (2) Kitchens!

M...aster King Suite with TV; sitting area; (2) Oceanfront Queen Suites (each with a spare twin bed) and the optional 1BR apartment downstairs with separate kitchen, living area and screened porch/deck. Accommodates up to 12 people (10 adults max.); Excellent large family beach house...and can be priced for smaller groups

  If this response can reach, Burns the manager of the property, we want to say thank you so much for the week at Mahogany Cove. We had an unbelievable time. For those who do not know, this is on the laid back non commercial side of the island. Do not stay here if you want to go out to the bars, party or go out to eat at upscale lunches and dinners every day, you are too far away. However if you want an amazingly relaxing no schedule, quiet, with your own beach i say yes. Burns and his family was unbelievably kind to use, i will not give the details as i do not want anyone to expect the same, but they made the trip for me and my 7 yr old way more than we would ever expect. The only issue we had at all which i believe was an isolated indecent is our code to enter was incorrect, we arrived late at night and did not have a cell phone that worked yet. Once we reached, our contact there, we were in and all was fine, just a little stressful for an hour or so while our $250 groceries were warming in the car and we had visions of sleeping on the beach chairs and hammocks. The house is set up very beach style, not luxurious but it was clean, lots of towels etc for swimming and bathing, everything worked as it should we had no issues with the house. Activities we did: Dolphin swim at the adventures location,(scam alert - they will try to take you for as much money as they think you will pay for your photos, haggle hard we got ours for 50% of where they started, hike the nature trail - lost of animals, parrots didn't see a sole. Jet ski to stingray city - go with the guys at Fat Fish, i wouldn't bother calling anyone else, guys were awesome and the ski's go 50mph what a blast!!!
  Snorkel everywhere - smiths cove, the morrits dock, the house docks, rum point, etc. visit starfish point, drive there close to rum point, i forgot to say you must have a rental car to stay here, we used alamo and thought we got a great deal and all new cars!!!
