There are three available bedrooms, each with splendid views and private baths for each room. The Great Room overlooks Lake Granby . A large deck, great for entertaining is just off of the adjacent Dining Room. The Kitchen overlooks the great room and has all the appliances you will need for that special home cooked meal, granite counters, and cust...om cabinetry. The main floor master bedroom is spacious with its own fireplace and sitting area. The master bathroom includes a steam shower and free standing clawfoot tub. The home is accessible year round with county maintained & plowed roads to the driveway. Enjoy the convenience of Downtown Grand Lake with their lakeside boardwalk, shops, restaurants, art galleries and the theatre; for some old fashion fun be sure to stop by Old Time Photography on the board walk, all are minutes from this vacation rental! With all the amenities and convenience of its location. Bring along your fishing gear and fish for Kokanne salmon, rainbow, brown, brook and lake trout right at the beach or a few yards away in the East Inlet. All four seasons are enjoyed and appreciated in this home. It is a great gathering place, whether for relaxation, fun, beauty, nature or to create memories of a lifetime. Our favorites are tubing down our road in the winter , then relaxing in the Hot Tub and building a fire to roast s'mores in the summer, and swinging in the lounge chair on the lower deck.
