We can't even say enough about how much we liked and enjoyed this property for our recent vacation. We are two couples from OK and Va that meet annually for vacation. This property was perfect for our reunion. Heather was wonderful! The condo was super nice, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thoughly enjoyed the furnished balcony with table, chairs and grill. Cooked lovely meals on the grill and enjoyed them on the balcony. The condo had all kinds of extras from alumninum foil, baggies, condiments (nice that we didn't have to go buy that stuff for just a few days) to games including WII Sports. Very clean, felt like home, very comfortable beds! The location was perfect for easy access to town or to Rmnp. We stayed in another similar condo in Estes Park after our stay in Grand Lake, nice but no where near as nice as this property. We hope that we will once again meet in Grand Lake and this would be our place to stay!!!

Modern three bedroom condo was perfect for two couples visitng the Rocky Mountain National Park. And Grand Lake is a great destination in itself. Consists of two car garage on the first floor, two bedrooms with bath on second, and master bedroom, bath and kitchen/living area on the third. A few little quirks, like no place to hang clothes except for some wall hooks...but the place still gets five stars. Walking distance to the village shops. Contact person, Heather, was outstanding. Very responsive and had good recommendations for restaurants. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Left on 07/26/2012 for a stay in July 2012
We just got back from spending 3 nights at this beautiful condo. We were in Grand Lake for a family reunion and most of the family was staying in a motel by the lake. We decided that we wanted to stay in a condo where we could cook if we wanted to. I am glad we chose this condo because it had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen is updated and has a lot of nice features. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ages 9-14 with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and having the Xbox and WII in the bedroom was a definite plus. The condo is only a few blocks from the lake so you could walk there if you want. There is no air conditioning in the condo so it did get slightly hot in the evenings but if you just open windows in the front and back of the unit, then you could get a little breeze coming through which helped a little. All of the rooms did have ceiling fans so that helped out a lot. We would definitely return to this condo if we are ever in Grand Lake again. The owner Heather is a pleasure to work with and was always quick in answering my phone calls or emails when I had a few questions. I can't say enough about the condo, you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Left on 07/08/2012 for a stay in June 2012
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in late June. The townhome had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay plus so much more and it immediately felt like home. It is within walking distance to all the restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Renting directly with the owner was very easy and she gave us several suggestions on places to see, eat and visit in and around Grand Lake.
Highly recommend! -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We are a family of 4 and had more than enough space. Everything was just as described, and even better in most cases. The condo was immaculate yet comfy. It was very nice to have the garage (in wintertime). The location is great. The owner was very easy to work with and everything about the rental was very smooth. We definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great place and an awesome value. Balcony was really great, we grilled a bunch. Kitchen was also good, and everything was in good shape. Only nitpick would be that the main road was pretty busy.

This unit is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. It is luxurious, well maintained, and so close to downtown that it made our stay a blast. We stayed with a group of teenagers from our church, and they loved it! There is a great fire pit at the top of the hill where we roasted marshmallows and had s'mores; we did some fishing in the lake, and some shopping downtown, and had some of the best ice cream only a few blocks away from the condo! This place has everything you need for an amazing get away!

We really enjoyed having a spot where we could all come together to eat and play cards, yet when our adult children needed some space, they could go to their separate areas of the house. The balconies were nice too, to just sit out and read a book. We also enjoyed the firepit at the top of the hill in the cool evenings. We enjoyed hiking to adams Falls and we enjoyed kayaking on the lake. The town was fun to shop and eat in too.

Grand Lake was so much fun! The condo was beautifully decorated and full of amenities. The children loved the bunk room! We saw Beauty and the Beast at the Rocky Mtn Repetoir Theatre. It was family night and the children got to meet the cast afterwards. Also we rented a boat one afternoon. Loved the lake, loved the condo, highly recommend!

This is a wonderful townhouse! Very clean, very high end features, extremely comfortable, had a WII entertainment, Wifi was great, flat screen T.V.'s, plenty of beds for everyone. We walked to town almost everyday. Very conveniently located to hiking trails, Grand Lake, and the Rocky Mountain National Park. We really enjoyed our vacation to this area and this townhouse was a great retreat to come home to at the end of each adventure.

Left on 03/13/2011 for a stay in February 2011
Everything was great...just very interesting trying to brush your teeth in the "rock sink" in the bathroom as fitting as it was for the decor of the condo!! Could have used decorative hook(s) on the back of the bathroom door...bathroom next to kitchen (3rd level). Other than those minor things, it is a gorgeous condo...would go back again!!

It is a very nice condo to stay and luxury. It is very close to town and the owner provides many small details to facilitate our stay. For example, they provide bikes for use to use. In the Kids' room, there is a Wii system to be used. They also have many board games. Overall, I will recommend those who are looking for a wonderful stay to rent this unit. Me and my wife had great time here.

This condo is very well done. We quickly felt at home with the wonderful amenities. The town is very nice and quiet, and the condo is located at the entrance to town. The condo is definitely luxurious, but there is a comfortableness that is unexpected.
There are plenty of outdoor opportunities nearby, as well as hometown eateries and stores. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet, comfort, and luxury in a great setting. -

Grand Lake is a beautiful mountain setting. The condo is on main street and we walked everywhere. The town is delightful and charming offering varied places to eat and great shopping. Take a boat ride as the lake is beautiful. The condo is new, upscale, immaculate and offers privacy because of the bedroom and bathroom layouts.
This was a great experience all around. -
