This new (built in 2004) Grand View Villas condo is located in scenic Grand Lake, Colorado, only one mile from the west entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is within walking distance to the Village of Grand Lake and both Shadow Mountain Lake and Grand Lake.
Only 35 minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort and across the street from snowmobiling trails and horse stables. Also nearby is the Grand Lake golf course, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking trails. This condo is located in a community with 3 other buildings that each have approximately 18 units. There is parking directly in front of the condo for two cars and there is also parking along Center Dr. for extended cabs with trailers is necessary that is only a few feet from the condo. The walk from the condo to Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, or the Grand Lake Village is less than 1 mile and very easy for adults of all ages as well as children.

Loved the location and cleanliness of the place! Was so nice that beds were made and the place had nice towels, so we didn't have to bring! Awesome that they provided washing detergent and a place to wash clothes and towels! The beds were comfortable too and lots of storage! The only thing we didn't like was parking! One person took up 2 spots with a truck and trailer right in front of our porch! The BBQ also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year! But overall it was great!

Well kept and neat and clean condo. Easy to work with owners. Within five minutes from our wedding setting. Great access to downtown and all hiking areas. Stocked with all needed things. Thank you so much for such a great set up.

We have always enjoyed staying in this Grand Lake condo over the past few years. It was always very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The convenience of being able to walk to the quaint downtown area and the lake is a real bonus. There is so much to do in the area for all ages and abilities.
