This holiday apartment is situated above the owner's deli in the village of Barrowby, close to Grantham in Lincolnshire and can sleep six people in four bedrooms. 1 Main Street is a self catering apartment which sits above the owner's deli in the village of Barrowby, just outside the Lincolnshire market town of Grantham. Spread over two floors and comprising two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite), two single bedrooms and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep six people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room, all of which are on the third floor. Outside the cottage is an off road parking space... and a shared courtyard garden with outdoor furniture. Ideal for visiting Lincoln and Nottingham as well as the Lincolnshire countryside, 1 Main Street is a superb apartment all year round.

The town of Grantham is just 1.5 miles away, and was once an old stage coaching route to London, and still boasts several former coaching inns today. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
