The house was good well the upstairs was good the basement smelled like an old sock However the real estate company gave us the worst directions ever. A local police officer could not even figure them out and the worst part was their direction said not to use the GPS because it would get us lost. Direction said to turn beside a yellow house that did not exist. I will ot rent from them again.

When we arrived we were told the wrong lockbox code and were unable to access the property for over an hour until we were given the correct code. The home had dead bugs and dead hornets on the floors and windows. The bed mattress in the main bedroom was terrible.It was saggy and lumpy and the sheets were so old and had been washed so many times they had little knots all over them. The heater was either way too hot or too cold. The kitchen cabinets had very little room for food and no pots to cook in. The view was great. The key to the down stairs did not work. We also never received our security deposite back.

There were alot of lady bugs dead near the windows, which must of been from a recent terminix visit as the bill was left on the counter. We vacuumed up the bugs and that was really the only downside to this place. Great views in a secluded location.

We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin. It had all the necessary amenities and offered wonderful views. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch and taking in all the sites and sounds. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone. We experienced a little bad weather while at the home that knocked out the power, but the rental agency was able to contact the power company and had it back on within hours.

Trulty enjoyed stay at majestic view. It is an inspiring view of the mountains with a feel of seclusion. Will consider it again in the future.

I LOVE Majestic Views. I've sent several friends there who also loved it. I haven't been there in awhile -- 2 years ago I got divorced. Been pretty broke since, but all I think about is getting back to Majestic View. I'm trying to plan a trip there within the next month -- as soon as I get my tax return. The place is perfect -- the views are awesome, it's quiet and secluded, I've met the neighbors who are also very nice, fire BBQ and horseshoe pits are perfect. The cabin itself is exquisite, and I LOVE that I can bring my dog there. If I could rate 10 stars on this one, I would. Plus Carolina Mtn Properties folks are super -- I've spoken mostly with Jennifer, who is smart, kind, and friendly. The entire package is worth raving about.

THe view was awesome, the firepit fantastic.. a little out of the way but all by yourselves very peaceful restful....Highly recommend it.. only used the top 1/2 of the house would be great for kids downstairs...
