This charming neat as a pin cabin resides on an open cove (1-mile marker of the Gravois Arm) and is sure to be a favorite retreat for many of our family vacationers. The property includes a shaded lot, patio and shared dock. This cabin is the guest house for the main home - Heron House. Rent the cabin by itself or in conjunction with the main home for larger family gatherings.

The open floor plan cabin includes quaint sitting area, kitchen and sleeping configuration (queen - with divided curtain, and a set of twin bunks). Just off this room in a full bath with... a shower. The old porch has been converted into the dining area for 4 and a very charming Living Area - perfect for reading a book, enjoying the morning coffee and overlooking the Lake. This private family cabin comfortably sleeps 4.

This lake front property is shaded with several full size trees. Guests enjoy relaxing on the patio, basking under the trees and watching the passing wildlife. You'll also have access to the shoreline for swimming and fishing and taking advantage of the shared covered dock, swing and owner provided swim toys for the kids.

The 660 square foot cabin includes air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, DVD, gas grill, phone, all bedding, bath towels, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes an efficiency range, microwave, and refrigerator. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, and open parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Remember this unique property can be rented by itself or in conjunction with the main house, called the Heron House. Together these properties can sleep up to 14 guests. And with a nearby cabin rental in the same subdivision you can easily sleep up to 20 guests.

The Blue Gill provides guests with a quiet retreat that is close to lake activities and offers excellent fishing and boating for any vacationer. This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.

Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
