With three private beaches, panoramic ocean views there is nothing more enjoyab...le. Your day in Little Exuma can be spent by fishing, bonefishing, scuba diving or snorkeling, power or sail boating, bicycling, hiking, or exploring the island and its magnificent beaches.

We don't just have a beach, we have beaches. Our property is so large there are several beaches to relax on. Depending on weather and the tide, we have a deeper section great for swimming, shallow beaches for relaxing, sand to walk along, even a small private cove. We also have decks with lounge chairs that float just above the beach for a beautiful and relaxing view.

You want privacy, you have come to the right place. The next closest neighbor is a quarter mile away. Most of our renters report not seeing another person from any other property their entire stay. Come relax in privacy at Sugar Beach Villa.

Our guests are amazed and always complement us on our incredible staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Our staff will make sure to pick you up from the airport and get you to the property. They will give you a guided tour and make sure you have everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We go out of our way to provide as many services as possible to our guests. Please take advantage of our additional services we provide such as grocery shopping, cooking, boat tours, additional maid services, and babysitting. Maid service is $80 per day. We require a minimum of 3 days of maid service per week.

Please also ask about our boat. It comes with a Captain who knows the islands better than anyone. It is truly the best way to experience the Bahamas.

We can also provide taxi, shopping, and babysitting services as needed for additional cost. Please inquire.

  Words cannot describe our experience at Sugar Beach Villa. Starting the moment we walked out of the airport and Linton met us and took us to the car rental, gas, and grocery shopping. When we got to the House the views were incredible. My husband and I have rented houses in the past and one pet peeve is cleanliness...this place was spotless! The pictures don't do it justice. We sat on the deck for hours just relaxing. It was more than our expectations and we are definitely going to return. Linton and Gloria were great and very helpful. Thank you for making a well needed vacation beyond our wildest dreams.
