The Oceanfront Conch Cottages have 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and are located within the resort of the Cocobay Cottages on the North End of Green Turtle Cay , with miles of sandy beaches , a reef and bonefishing at your door step .
It sleeps up to 6 people in a spacious and newly built unit .

Directly on the ocean on the North End of Green Tutle Cay with miles of sandy beaches on 2 sides....The ocean side has a reef 70 yards offshore which is easily accessible from the beach . Sea glass and shell collecting is abundant on this side .
The bay side offers sand flats with miles of turquoise blue water . It offers excellent bonefishing only minutes from your cottage . A dock is located on the bayside and is available free of charge for guest with boats up to 30 feet .
The Conch Pearl is situated on 5 acres of tropical landscape ground within a minute of the beach on the ocean or the tranquil bayside where the dock is located. . The village of New Plymouth is 3 miles away and can be reached by golf carts in 15 milnutes ..or by boat in less than 10 minutes.
The cottages are 3 miles across the water from Treasure Cay airport [ TCB ] where a short taxi ride and a ferry will brings you across .

We recently returned from our stay at Coco Bay cottages and are already planning our trip back! Nicole and Larry Fleming made the vacation seamless...coordinating transportation to and from the airport, providing us with golf carts to travel around the island, suggesting "must see” beaches/sites, the perfect restaurant suggestions as well as local island events to attend. The Coco Bay cottages are located in the perfect spot. Just steps away from both the ocean and the bay! Our biggest decision during the week was to decide whether or not to swim in the warm, calm aqua blue waters of the bay or to swim in the warm, gentle waves of the ocean. We snorkeled every day on some of the most beautiful coral reefs I have ever seen. We have snorkeled in Nasseau, Bahamas, Aruba, La Paz, Mexico and Hawaii. My husband and I both agree that the Coco Bay cottage beach is the most fantastic spot to see tropical fish, sea turtles, lobsters, and vibrant corals. We loved the privacy the cottages offered as well as the close proximity to everything the island has to offer. We are in the process of planning our return trip next year... with the kids!!! It's the perfect family get away or couples retreat. Thank you so much to Larry and Nicole for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

Owners are delightful and very helpful! Property was very clean and beautiful. Snorkling to reef was great on the ocean side and snorkling in the bay was fun - saw a 2 foot starfish! Location is great between the bay and ocean, rented golf cart for scenic trips to and from the small friendly town of New Plymouth. Islanders were very friendly and helpful. Shop owners friendly. Would go again in an instant! Green Turtle Cay is slightly remote with less technology, which it what I was looking for! Loved it!

We have been to Cocobay 4 times since 2003. Its comfortable with fabulous views, great water and fun owners. The houses are great---spacious with great decor. We have taken friends with us who insisted we go every other year. The fishing and snorkling are wonderful.

Coco Bay is a wonderful private paradise. If you are looking for a tourist, fast paced hectic resort, this is not the place. However if you would prefer amazing crystal clear water, beached where you hardly see anyone and amazing swimming and snorkeling right out your front door, this is the place. The patio/veranda offers truly a spectacular view of the ocean and beach.

The cottage was wonderful. The Island was was a great inspiration for an artist/fisherman like me. The Flemings are very accomodating and we have become good friends over the 7 years we have stayed at Coco Bay Cottages.

We have already booked our return visit for this year. We had an amazing time last year and loved every bit of our stay.
The house was clean and comfortable and the location can't be beat. Upon leaving last year we had no doubt that we would be returning to Coco Bay Cottages again!

Our clients becomes our friends ....we have over 80 % repeat clients .It speaks highly of the wonderful people we have met thru out the years ! We have seen their children grow up and in some case returned with THEIR children. One reason we added NEW and BIGGER cottages . Now 3 generations can stay together ...or spread out over the whole property .

I have been coming to Coco Bay since 2000, if you want to get away from it all this is the place to go, Nicole and Larry are excellent host and will make every effort to make sure your stay is enjoyable, A beach all to yourself, fantastic snorkeling just steps from your door, and great fishing, do yourself a favor and stay at CocoBay Cottages you deserve it.
