Green Turtle Cay is only 3 miles long and a mile wide at its widest point.
With the ocean on the East side and the Abaco Sea to our West, it is lush with greenery, birds, curly tail lizards and land crabs.
Our Island is quiet and unassuming with no casino and no crime. It is a time warp of the Old Bahamas with a perfect mix of modern conveniences. Visit the local restaurants, shops and historical sites, but be sure to stop and talk to the local Bahamians. Their stories and smiles will last longer than the t-shirts they sell.
Rich with history and charm, the town of New Plymouth was once the capital city of The Bahamas and is a sister city to Key West, Florida, USA.
Take the time to see the Memorial Sculpture Garden, and stop by the Albert Lowe Museum. You will leave with a deep appreciation of the Bahamians and their diverse heritage.

everything was awesome, robin is great. when the a/c went out the upgraded room was top notch. fishing with lincoln jones and eddie bodie is a must. we will definately be back.

Stayed here for a week after a full week in New Plymouth on the opposite end of the Island. Robin was a true pleasure to deal with and helped make our stay most memorable.
We had an amazing ocean view from our rental and a beautiful private beach which we snorkeled several times.
We ate and drank at the Jolly Roger, the food was great and drinks were reasonable enough. The Jolly Roger is poolside and the staff even served us while in the pool!
I cannot say enough about the friendlieness of the staff and how accomodating they were to our needs.
I would highly reccomend this resort and will definatly be back again.

Robin was great; met us at the dock with our golf cart, checked us into our rental, did the booking for us for a fishing day, left us a radio to call if any problems...but there were none. It was great!

We stayed in this room for 10 days. We had a lot of fun getting there and the adventure was part of the charm! We even rode on a water taxi! We loved the laid back atmosphere, the attention to all our needs, and the freedom to be on a beach and not see another soul. We got around on a golf cart and saw most of the sights on the island. Having a room with a bedroom and a "living room" made us feel like we had all the space we needed. Robin and Tracey were so helpful with ideas for excursions! The clear water and availability of a dive master made our time in the water spectacular! We saw schools of fish, starfish on the water's edge, and had a ray swim right up to us. We will go back soon!
