SAT TV, CD/DVD, phone, VHF, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, central a/c, ceiling fans, grill. Includes dock slip for up to 301 boat. Located on Black Sound just 5 minute walk to town and 15 minute walk to Gilliam Bay Beach. Dock can accommodate up to 50ft boat, 4.5ft draft, 30 and 50 amp available. Also available on this property is Goat Pepper - a 1 bedroom studio, sleeps 2.
