Coral Sands Beach House
Coral Sands Beach House is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home. The house also offers a one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor which is available to rent as an optional fourth bedroom and bathroom for an additional amount of $600.00. The studio will not be rented separately.
The rate will be a bit higher over the holidays.

We immediately loved this house. My husband and I had been to Green Turtle several times, and this time we brought four other family members with us. Bita Bay is our favorite beach on the island, so we looked for a house at this location. This was our first stay at Coral Sands. Even though we knew the beach well, we were stil blown away when we first saw the view from the living room. You never tire of it.
Our family members who came with us said they can't ever imagine vacationing anywhere else. The house had everything we needed. We cooked four times. We rented just the top floor, and it had plenty of room for all six of us. The sunrise each morning was special and refreshing. There is nice snorkeling on a reef within swimming distance from shore. On a "crowded" day at the beach, you might see five or ten people, total. It is basically all yours.
The only negative experience we had is that the hot water heater in one of the bathrooms failed, so we had to take turns for the shower. We otherwise found the experience very pleasant. The owner sent us all the directions we needed in comprehensive and prompt communications. The property manager, Julie, met us at the dock and helped with our bags and golf carts. We already miss Violet at Miss Emily's Blue Bee, and we had great meals everywhere we went. We rented a boat for a day, and of course, we spent a day with the original Brendal. Don't miss any experience on this island.
The only reason there aren't more positive reviews on this house is that we all want to keep it a secret for ourselves. I just couldn't contain our excitement from our glorious vacation. -

We have stayed at numerous places on Green Turtle, Coral Sands is by far our most favorite spot. The location is absolutely wonderful, just steps to the beach and reef - it was so nice to get up in the morning and look out the window at the ocean, have a leisurely breakfast, throw on your swimming suit and enjoy the day without having to leave comforts of the house. The house was beautiful, well maintained and it never seemed like there was 8 of us there - plenty of room for all. I have to say each night we went to bed I had a smile on my face - hearing the waves outside the window, and knowing we were in paradise!!
