Located on a peninsula at the entrance to Green Turtle Cay's picturesque White Sound, this romantic vacation rental offers the utmost in seclusion and privacy, Sea Fan offers unparalleled water views on BOTH sides (White Sound and the Sea of Abaco), astounding sunsets over the Sea of Abaco, and a 50 foot dock at your front door! Vacationing at Sea Fan is almost like having your own private island with all the convenience of an in-town location just a short boat... ride away.

Accented by the natural beauty of teak floors, Sea Fan's screened porch and glassed living room look out over the White Sound channel and your boat. The villas glassed dining room and back deck sitting area are perfect locations for watching postcard sunsets over the Sea of Abaco. Fully equipped with everything you'd expect in a luxury vacation home rental, Sea Fan offers VCR, telephone (for outgoing local calls and incoming calls from anywhere), a gas barbecue and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Sea Fan's two bedrooms both have private bathrooms, with the master bedroom offering a queen-sized bed and the guest room offering two twin beds (which can be made into a king-size bed).

Sea Fan is located just minutes by boat from White Sounds two resorts and the historic town of New Plymouth with 3 grocery stores, various restaurants, museum, and a "night spot" or two.

Rates are weekly, based on 4-people, includes use of 17 foot Boston Whaler.

  My wife, our 10 and 13 year old girls and I stayed at Sea Fan for 11 days in May, 2010. We found the house to be well maintained, clean and completely functional. Because the house is only accessible by boat, it meant a lot of trips in the provided rental boat to both harbors, which was entertaining to us. No beach access meant we toured around the island, again mostly by boat, to what must be one of the most gorgeous beaches in the Bahamas. Additionally, having the boat allowed us to motor around to various snorkel spots we hunted down. During our stay, the island had almost no tourists, which my wife and I found nice, but the girls wished for a few vacation friends. The locals were polite and restaurant food was pretty good no matter where or what we ate. I will say our most enjoyable meals were probably what we grilled on our own deck. As with most vacations, how much you enjoy your trip will depend on how well the location and accomadations match what you want. Sea Fan certainly provides pleasant accomadations.
