Have it all. This waterfront chalet is within walking distance of restaurants and shops in picturesque Greenville, Maine. It is steps away from Moosehead Lake from the convenience of its permanent dock, and is feet away from ATV and the ITS snowmobile trails.
The chalet features a fully-equipped kitchen, a combined dining/living room with cathedral ceilings to the second floor, two bedrooms, and a full bath on the first floor; the second floor open loft features a master bedroom with panoramic lake views. The walkout basement/family room offers a lounge area, kitchenette, dining area, and bath with custom shower, and opens to the brick patio and hot tub and landscaped yard, leading directly to the permanent dock and the lake. Use of six kayaks and a canoe is included with the rental. There is plenty of off-street parking for cars, boats, ATVs, and sleds.

Preference given to weekly renters during Peak Season.
TURNOVER DAY FOR WEEKLY RENTALS IS SATURDAY: Weekly rentals start on Saturday at 4:00 pm and end the following Saturday at 11:00 am.
Daily rentals start at 4:00 pm on first day and end on last day at 11:00 am
Security deposit + full rent + hot tub charge (if requested) + tax due at lease signing

Perfect, relaxing vacation rental
The home was absolutely lovely. Very comfortable with enough room to keep us from going stir crazy on rainy days. There are enough outdoor seating options to accomadate you no matter what the weather. My son and I enjoyed the swing on the covered patio during a thunder storm, the sunsets are beautiful from the dock or the back deck. The kayaks were a nice perk and I found the lake water refreshing. We would definately come back again.
