The mud room is where can use the extra load capacity washer and dryer or use the ice make before heading out.
The downstairs offers two additional oversized bedrooms, a large living room, a full bath and a full kitchen.
Outdoor living space features 2300 square feet of decking, tempered glass railing for an unobstructed views, a lower deck with ceiling fans, a great way to take in the beautiful sunsets, fall foliage or the wildlife.

Only 1.0 hours from the Buffalo River, Little Rock is 1.5 hours away, 45 minutes from Mountain View (Folk Music Capital of the World), 40 minutes from Clinton (National Championship Chuck wagon Races), and 20 minutes from small town of Heber Springs where you can take in the small shops and galleries.
