The lawns of the villa go straight down to the water with a beautiful new private dock.
The villa is situated at Egmont Harbour, a pretty
secluded inlet which provides a safe harbour for boats.
The villa has the option to be rented together with the owner's yacht or a luxury 65ft Sunseeker Powerboat. Please let us know if you have any interest in watersports or sailing. It is one of Grenadas best villas for sailors and enables you to enjoy the sea easily.
The bay is an
excellent place to fish (catch your own lunch of tasty red snapper!) or
to go swimming and s...norkeling.
The town of St Georges is about 15 minutes drive, and the beaches of
the south and east of the island are just a short drive away. The villa
is far enough away to be quiet and secluded, but close enough to enjoy
the beaches and facilities of the South of Grenada. The house is the perfect Caribbean villa vacation – located just 20
minutes from the airport.
Le Phare Bleu, a newly built marina, is just around the corner from the villa and offers two restaurants, live music most weekends, shop, laundry, car hire, pool and small beach.
Newly built, Caribbean style
This is a newly built property, completed in 2005, in a tranquil
location on the exclusive Egmont Development. It is right on the
waterfront giving direct access to the bay for swimming and fishing. As
you enter the house, the first thing that strikes you is the wonderful
view directly through the large patio doors which open out onto the
patio, the pool and the sea beyond. Every room is beautifully furnished
open plan living area so that you can enjoy the views from every room.
The lawn slopes down to the sea and the bay where the yacht is moored.
There are four large bedrooms - two ensuite doubles at the back with patio
doors leading on to their own balcony area overlooking the sea, and a
double and twin room at the front of the house. There is a third bathroom serving bedrooms 3 and 4. There are two huge
bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the Master Bedroom. All bedrooms
have Air conditioning, ceiling fans and mosquito nets.
The main living area is split level, with a spacious and well equipped
kitchen and large dining area on the upper level, and a large living
area on the lower level. Above all this is a vast, high ceiling with an
unusual skylight feature. Fans and louvred windows keep the whole house
very cool. Kitchen equipment includes :

Outside, the covered patio provides a shaded dining area, and is the
perfect place to eat, drink and relax in the chairs or hammock. There is also a further lounging area in the pretty gazebo. This
leads directly on to the pool and pool deck, with steps down to a
further lower level onto a tiled and mosaiqued lower BBQ area.
Other great features and facilities include a great bar area, a laundry and drying room, and an outdoor shower. Villa Casuarina also has internet connection,
