All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We stayed in this self catering house Sept 2012. The house is lovely and the owner helpful and friendly, as are the dogs! It has the two bedrooms one double and one with a 3/4 size bed and a single. Both very pretty, but the 3/4 bed which I had was not as comfortable as I would have liked. (It could be me!) There is sep shower room and a bathroom so good in that aspect too. The location is ideal for visiting Blarney, Mallow and Cork (not the city I though it would be!) Killarney isn't too far as is the coast. The property was clean and very personal with photos and knick knacks all over it! The downside to it in my opinion, was at the end of your stay you have to pay extra for the central heating and the electricity which the lady keeps track of. You have no way of knowing how much this is until you are met with the amount on leaving. It does say electricity charged extra in the blurb but I thought the central heating was included. I would much rather pay extra for the week at the booking stage than be left with a bill at the end of the holiday. Maybe thats just me!! Overall a pleasant stay in lovely location.
